Good, clean Hotel. Friendly staff.Big, free parking in the front of entrance.

Staff is very nice and helpful ?

Our room door had missing lock so they moved us to another room but unfortunately there was a toilet pipes problem and it was a bad smell. Other than that, all was great ?

There was hot water in shower

My friend and me booked 2 separate rooms.When we came, they gave us the keys of the rooms. Friend entered his room which was in a total mess-was not prepared/cleaned at all from previous user/towels on the floor, etc.In my room there was no towels at all but I was too tired to go down to the reception desk to complain, I used my towels from the bag. The bedding didn't look or smell clean, the bed wasn't made tight, which means it was just rearranged by the previous user. General impression: extremely unclean, total negligence in the hotel. Avoid!

Lovely drive from motorway. Parking for a large van.

Miserable, uninterested yawning young lady on the reception. Waiting for 15mins to be acknowledged in restaurant and left. Overall experience was poor.

Lovely clean rooms, functional and comfortable. Good quality restaurant food, value for money.

Staff locked us outside at 10.30 pm and went home. Returning guests were also locked out. Fortunately a friend was contactable in their room to let us into the hotel.

Old furniture, falling plaster in the room, broken cooker, no dishes in kitchen corner. Very unpleasant lady at reception.

Clean and comfy room, including kitchenette, clean and fully functional bathroom, large breakfast area.

Missing fruit or vegetables for breakfast.

Close to Forest - superb for long cool walks in an oppressively hot summer. Nice people and superb evening menu.

Forgot to reserve me a table for dinner outside and found me an alternative next to a drain so we could smell that throughout our meal. This was a real shame as the food was absolutely sensational.

Good breakfast with eggs and option to have hit cocoa for the children

There was a party which could be heard until quite late. The room was a bit warm

there is no internet connection, I had to work so I couldn’t the breakfast is very poor nothing to suggest, you don’t have too much options to choose

Fairly large room with a fridge, nice to have. Quiet room

There were two single beds, one of which had seen better days, the bathroom adequate but not luxurious

It is the cheapest accommodation in a large region. They did not make a fuss about being a few minutes late for check-in.

The room smelled like smoke and the bedding was very worn out

Because I had to arrive after 9 pm, someone left an envelope in a special place with the room key inside. They then took a photo of where they had left it and sent it to me!!!!!

Nothing at all! OK, it's not 5* but doesn't claim to be! And for the price, it was everything I needed for an overnight stop.
