Paid for premium WIFI it never worked I complained they charged me said in 2 days used 160 MB. Scam hotel rooms need to remodeled old drab, TV channels do not work on many channels.

Excellent location, helpful staff, great breakfast.

Room carpet had stains, the corners of the carpet seemed like dust had accumulated. Aged rooms. Bare minimum.

Very pretty interior.

Room neighbour was snoring very loud.More vegan options would be great :)

Location. Vicinity to nice fresh bakery, especially after hearing the hotel breakfast price.

Arriving late at night and still having to fill out a form with information already provided to Booking. Being kept out of bed to pay for parking by a nightguard that can’t work the payment system. Thin curtains littered with holes, in a dinghy room with peeling wallpaper, with spiderwebs large enough to have a postcode. Counted at least 4 colors of mold or n antiquated bathtub shower with questionable curtain from a bygone era. And if you want to charge €23,- for breakfast, I hope you are planning to cook a la carte for me because that is silly for a buffet.

Room spacious comfortable, mattress very comfortable, very good breakfast, perfect location.

The room and bathroom were a bit dated, but that’s the only negative point for us.

Very nice location. Lobby restaurant was fine and not so expensive. Helpful and nice staff.

The furniture in the room was old. There was no mini fridge. Most dissapointing part was the heating system was not working and not repaired during our 4 day stay.

breakfast was great (lots to choose from) room was better then other hotels I've stayed on the same price range, garage easy to access, and overall a comfortable experience, bonus is that it has a fitness gym!

Everything was OK. it was only a quick overnight stay for us, but we slept comfortably and moved on. I was happy to be able to find a secure parking slot.

Parking time was a bit on a short side, hence we skipped the breakfast - something for the owners to think about.

The breakfast was a surprisingly positive experience. The room was clean and functional. The location is close to the center and also close to the old town with a nice cafe on a bridge, a big park, and the old castle. Great place to visit!The staff is very friendly.

Just two small things that did not ruin the overall experience:1. On arrival they block 220 EUR on your credit card for the mini bar. Fun fact: There was no minibar in the room. In my view: Not necessary.2. The prepaid parking pass for the hotel's car park gets invalidate, if you do not use it every day. So, although paid you cannot leave the car park. Well, the staff helped me to solve that.

Good breakfast, good service, comfortable beds, conviniont location, quiet, excellent dinner.

Cupboards smelled old. Not possible to rebook Change date for earlier departure because it was booked via Booking.com.

Asked for a smoking room as I vape, room obviously stinks of cigarettes but worse than I thought!! Carpet and curtains were a little tired! Saturday 6th July we came to the bar area,tried to order food and were told they had run out!!! This is not acceptable in my opinion!!

When searching for power socket behind bed side table I found so thick layer of dust that no one has cleaned it probably for years. Mattress was worn. Luckily it was not so hot outside as AC is not cooling down much.

The hotel has a very good central location. The rooms are spacious and well isolated. We had a room facing the inner garden. Nice and quiet. There is a good breakfast. All in all a very good experience and the price-quality is good. I would not hesitate to book again.

Nothing to complain about

I have come back to the hotel after 1 month, on my way back from France. I have chosen this hotel as I have highly evaluated it on the basis of my previous stay. the most important elements for which I am looking for preparing my trips are: the parking lot, the quiet room - looking at the park, the very good breakfast, and very friendly staff. Perfect experience, I am grateful to all of you, especially to the lady working at the front desk (during the check-out) who remembered me after a month. Impressive memory ;-).

Perfect location, next to Orangerie in Gere. There was no problem to find the hotel (mainly thanks to the navigation). Very polite and helpful staff. The underground parking also was really appreciated. Excellent breakfast in the nice restaurant. I can recommend this hotel for one night and longer stays, as town is worth to be visited. I will come back soon ;-)

Their service is not that good. not worth 110$~. also not so many parking space near hotel. →you have around there but you have to pay and walk.They don't offer what they're saying.→ dental kit etc also even you call them, they ask you to come to reception to pick it up.

Poor

Reception staff was unfriendly both at checkin and checkout. No good mornings when you walk to reception. The hotel is super dated. Beds feel old and uncomfortable. I was not impressed.
