Just one night stay on our trip back home , we got double room with a doors in the middle , nice huge beds, clean bathroom, towels , shower gels etc , microwave is in the lobby ,same like machine with some drinks and sweets , there is no beer machine ??

Room was clean, TV good, shower hot and efficient, excellent value for money

Shelf by bed tilted so things slid off. Toilet door didn't close unless locked

Easy parking. Budget rooms. No key, no badge access to rooms.

Semi-Expensive budget breakfast. Weak WiFi. Payable EV third party chargers, which should be free with hotel own chargers like in the past.

The location, just on my way to Spain, easy access to the parking which is closed for the night, there is breakfast options but we didn't use it, rooms are small but clean, towels and washing stuff are there, for 1 night is just perfect ?

We booked 8 rooms for a group of friends to stop overnight and do a wine tasting so the location and cost were good. For a family the hotel would probably need better facilities especially if staying for a holiday. We were just passing through.

We arrived after reception closed. I had confirmed with the hotel the code needed to get in but it didn’t work. I had to call an emergency number, they gave a different code and it still didn’t work. In the end someone had to come to the hotel and because we had booked 2 rooms it would never have gone through as payment was too much! Shame they couldn’t have told me that and I could have paid in advance. Breakfast very crowded but it was a Saturday.

The comfort cooling was very noisy, which kept us awake overnight, so we left at 5.30am.

The ease of finding it the person on reception was lovely the bed was very comfortable and the shower good

Didn’t stay long enough for breakfast it would have been nice to be able to order a continental to take away but that was not a big problem

The staff is really nice

The room and specially the bathroom was quite dirty and was smelling

As much as I understand the concept of Ibis budget, this seemed to be stingy on things that are NOT expensive just to make it budget. Tiny, few towels, basically no light in the room (neither natural nor artificial), tiny pillows, tiny sink, no hairdryer... The worst was the bill for charging our EV car onsite. We have never paid this much (more than an Euro per kWh, which is double than any other slow charger we have ever seen). Of course, no info was given in advance about price. The hotel might not own the charger, but could inform guests about it.

Automate didn't accept our card as over €200, the reception knew but we were not told we had to call someone during the night upon arrival. Very helpful staff though.
