Dolce by Wyndham Bad Nauheim

The breakfast and staff were fantastic.

We asked for a room with a bathtub and were told we would get one, but did not. When I called first and asked if we could swim, the reception said yes; when we got there, the pool was „under maintenance“ getting filled. We would not have minded, if the telephone information was not wrong. Please be accurate with guests in the future. Also the hotel is in need of some renovation, the hallway and carpet were older.

The location is good in Bad Nauheim. I like the historic part about this hotel.

The hotel is outdated and the restaurant has a limited offer.

Double bed was 2 unconnected singles.Internet device under desk blinked brightly all night.Room needs refresh.Parking expensive.Buffet items not replenished for last 30 minutes of breakfast service. E.g. no cheese. One mature receptionist unfriendly although others were nice.

Great Spa and Pool included in price. Good gym. Large room. Nice view. Quiet. Very helpful staff. Good bed. Good work desk and chair.

Breakfast was ok, but not outstanding. E.g. no Brezel. But that is complaining on a high level.

I very much liked the location of the hotel in connection to the towncenter and public park. Front staff is very nice yet some what coldhearted.

I had a three night stay in a non-refundable Superior Room and was greatly disappointed. Not only was there 3-4 types of human hair on my bedding. The furniture is worn down and very old compared to online photos and the immediate introduction in the lobby. Even the walls ALL over the hotel bare the marks of cleaning trollies and not even a dash of paint to cover it. Internal Management has clearly lost the ball and lacks constructive communication with staff and handling of actual issues that degrade the customer experience greatly but could be somewhat easily maintained. The Breaksfast is mediocre at best and most the food is dry and stale by 08.00am. Sadly I also experienced a family tragedy after only the first night here demanding my presence elsewhere, so I checked-out early without as much as a handout from the hotel or even a refund for the 3-day spa-tickets that weren’t even used. I wish I had booked a smaller room at a equally rated yet smaller hotel where priorities are the customer experience and not just keeping the wheels turning on a old, too big and very outdated hotel. Close to being a downright scam. Hidden fees include parking fee for outside parking 15€/night!! -Its just a semi-closed parking area without surveillance or even good lighting, how is it worth 15€/night??? This is 1/2 of a parking ticket in most German towns?! If you travel with a dog 20€/night but you get a small bag with a couple of discount treats and a used blanket and miniture metal bowl aprx. 5-7cm wide. Both blanket and bowl is only for lease. Neither has been washed or cleaned, the blanket filled with dog hair and the bowl was dirty with food and saliva from other dogs?! Just downright disrespectful. I will be back to Bad Nauheim this spring but never again at this horrible hotel!

The comfort , the facility, the breakfast and the kindness of Staff. You are respected and you want to stay more. we'll always stay at this hotel. The vew giving to the park and the lake is fabulous.

The city where the hotel is located is beautiful and charming, although it's far from Frankfurt. The place is well worth a visit and a relaxing stay. The staff is excellent and helpful, and the breakfast was superb.

Shampoo should be placed in the bathroom along with washing equipment, not just liquid soap

We enjoyed the location and felt very welcome by the personel. The room was spacious. The pool is nice. We did enjoy our stay and would come back.

The furniture and bathroom is a bit old

The first stay we stayed in a renovated room. It was quite nice. Receptionist was very nice.

On our second stay we stayed at a not renovated room. A disappointment as compared to the first. Also, we were not offered a spa voucher the second time - even though it should have been included.

Location was so beautiful, The staff are so nice and friendly, room was so comfortable and all facilities war there , I loved the Sauna and swimming pool and gym , perfect place for vacation and meetings. ❤️❤️❤️

Disappointing

We need a bag to carry things, the reception didn’t communicate anything about the cost, we thought it is free for guest. In the end, the charged one small bag for 10€

We didnt take breakfast although facilities were good - They told us that it was booking .com who included and charged for the breakfast - that was wasted on us.The room was great we would have preferred a balcony

Location, spa-facilities, cleanness and vibe

Breakfast wasn’t this much good, coffee mane by automat was disgustingly bad and filter coffee just a little bit better, bread was poorly baked

Nice, clean, close to everything. The room was big and quiet, truly rich and tasty breakfast options.

Very kind and helpful staff, nice restaurant, good food, absolutely marvellous surrounding , place in the big park, lovely place to walk around and relax, close to town center but very quiet and peaceful. Dogs allowed and welcomed, very accessible car park, breakfast very nice, good atmosphere and broad choice of different foods, nice coffee ☕️. Room big and clean and very comfortable, air-conditioning working well, beds excellent, super bathroom with nice shower and accessible. Spa and wellness as well as swimming pool clean and not busy. Absolutely fantastic stay and really good price for all the amazing amenities and breakfast. I certainly recommend for families and dog owners as well as couples and solo travelers.
