Very good breakfast
Parking place was full. Parking available on public parking
Excellent location. Large room.Breakfast very good.
The morning staff that listend and was really sorry about what happened to us and advised us to place a formal complain against that colleague
No parking and staff member very rude arrogant instead try to help and find a solution she was making fun of us and she said word for word " you booked on booking.com not my problem you should talk to them " it was 10 pm it felt like we did something wrong by booking through booking.com. we were not welcome and after begging and insisting an other colleague arrived to check what was going on and when she saw the other colleague then suddenly she said " I can move my car so you can park" it was an awful experience pay for an non refundable accommodation to get treated that way. This never happened to us on any of our other bookings through booking.com. we felt cheated and the way she said " you can't cancel " with a big smile and laughed about it made us feel sick
Updated rooms, functional space and very close to the Kurpark
The Breakfast was well displayed and it was very rich. The Coffee Machine needs help if the Hotel is fully booked.People are waiting in line for their Morning Coffee.
Everything was ok.
Big room = Good.
No air condition and opening the window made it very noicy from the trafic outside. It is very oldfashioned to have a fan instead of A/C
I arrived after midnight, the manager went out of their way to check me in under the current circumstances. The room was out of this world.
Everything perfect, 5 stars
