Leaving for the airport (shuttle was on time)

Electrical outlets in our room were not functional so could not make coffee in the room Could not charge phones or watches prior to a long day ahead My wife did not like the hair imbedded in the cheese at the breakfast buffet Will not stay here again

We thought they had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel but when we arrived and called they said to get a cab. But they did provide a ride to the airport from the hotel.Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very good.

Our flight left before breakfast was offered. We thoroughly appreciated the air conditioning. It helped us get a good night's sleep since we had to get up sor a 4:30am departure. We appreciated the free shuttle that took us to the airport. I booked the hotel based on that.The room was adequate for a brief overnight stay

I had difficulty understanding the staff at the front desk. They had such a heavy accent it was difficult for me to understand their English. They also had trouble understanding us. The guy in the morning said he could understand a British accent but not American. We told him we had trouble understanding him as well. Also, the dining room was closed so we could not eat our dinner there. I understand that the people were on holiday but it gave us very no options as we didn't feel safe walking around the neighborhood

Close to the airport, shuttle service was great, staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was a closed capsule one, had a weird smell. Room was a bit cold and turning on the heat to the max didn't improve it by a lot.

The free shuttle was actually a paid taxi service from the hotel to the airport which felt very personalised. The rooms were spotless and great for a couple of nights close to airport and next door to trains. The lady at the reception was exceptional - a wonder woman I would say - as she checked in guests and tended the bar (which is open 24 hours for guests!!!!) with a constant smile on her face. The breakfast has a small selection of everything - cheeses, cereals, breads, eggs and bacon....all fresh and delicious.

Nothing to complain about really.

Easy to reach from the Train station and close to the airport. We had one free ride to the airport as well.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the great location with markets and restaurants nearby. The free airport shuttle was also very convenient.

The breakfast didn’t have much variety and could be improved.

The hotel had a warning about not drinking or using water for immunocompromised, pregnant, and less than 2 years old people. Why didn't they offer bottled water? I didn't see this notice until checkout and I am immunocompromised and very concerned.

Very close to the rail station and airport.The staff on duty very early in the morning was wonderful.

They had turned the AC off for the season (on October 1st ?) which meant we had to open our windows; and being on the first floor the noise and smoke from the potheads on the sidewalk below was not too nice.

Clean, friendly, and great location

The hotel is close to the airport. The room was small but meet our needs for a one-night stay and flying out the next day. The scheduled the shuttle for an early morning flight and everything went smoothly.

The hotel only allows ONE free shuttle. Taxi from the airport to the hotel was about $38 for a 3 mile ride.

Both check-in and check-out times at this hotel are at noon, which is very convenient. We only stayed for one night on our way from the airport, and for that purpose it was great.

It's worth noting that the shuttle is only in one direction hotel->airport, but not airport->hotel.

The breakfast was excellent

They didn’t explain very well the Ibis secure parking garage and how to access it properly. It was very narrow parkade to drive down into. A little map would be helpful for tourists.

Free airport shuttle even at 5:30 am! Good location in small town. Many restaurants nearby even open on a Sunday night. A proper sized shower with good pressure. Very helpful staff. Hotel is modern.

Nothing not to like! Beware that train stop is Saint Louis not Mulhouse. My mistake.

The room they gave us was the disabilities room, very spacious and clean.

There was a ceiling panel hanging down and there was a bad odor coming from the bathroom

Nearby location to the Basel airport. Airport transfer, free, early morning to the airport.

Very basic, boring, a bit run-down hotel.

Good space. Not too tight. It was in the center of town.

The elevator was confusing.

To find ant at 4th flor. I had a pachet of sweets , I opened and after, I let it on my bedside table. In the morning when I tried to take a biscuit my hand was full of ants. That's not normal .
