Brit Hotel, Spa & Restaurant - Colmar Est

The room was clean and mostly comfotable.Breakfast was decent and the variety nice and sufficient for the class of the hotel.

The room lacks basic facilities such as a suitcase rack and a chair.There was a problem with the TV, a former guest has broken the cable, I took a picture immediately and showed it to the owner the next morning. The hotel owner thought I did that and I had an inconvenience situation but finally resolved.

The hotel boasts the most dedicated and hospitable crew, who will go out of their way to ensure all is well with any unforeseen need.Bountiful and most wholesome breakfast and the rooms are extremely modern and utterly comfortable.

It was really clean and the staff was very nice. The rooms were very comfortable and in front of the hotel was the bus station which was really convenient.

There is no elevator. You have to carry your luggage on your own.

No elevator! Offers a pool, hot tub,sauna but did not spend money on an elevator in a new building and no offer of help to drag your suitcase up there flights of stairs. Would be weary of staying at a Brit hotel again without checking for an elevator.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, with an amazing restaurant and breakfast buffet. They kept in mind food intolerances as well which was perfect!

The location is somewhat more remote. However for us it was a perfect spot to get through a very hot day. To get to Colmar you need a car, which when you do is perfectly fine to access. The swimming pool was great.

Modern renovations, spacious bedroom and bathroom, ample shelves and cubbies, plenty of breakfast choices, impressed with the fruit tea selections. Friendly staff members (Vincent ! And another lady whose name I couldn’t remember) Free onsite parking a huge convenience

While the strip lighting is fancy, it’s not adjustable, almost too bright for the evenings.

The hotel is nice and welcoming; the room spacious and clean, and the breakfast abundant.

Unfortunately the pool closed at 18.30 when we arrived so we couldn’t use it even tho it was a hot day.Being close to the dining area, maybe a little/light separation structure could be built ? So both functions can cohexist..?

Nice and professional staff. Clean rooms with air conditioning. A very good outdoor area for dining and drinks.

Food in the restaurant was very good, well presented with surprisingly large portions. My wife had the Caeser salad as a starter and remarked that it was big enough to qualify as a main meal. Wine was palatable though perhaps a little overpriced; however this is not unusual for a hotel.

A little slow in cancelling the security deposit for the room, which caused me some concern. After contacting the hotel the charge was cancelled promptly thereafter.

As soon as you arrive it looks well kept, the fish and the bridge into reception made you feel relaxed and welcome. Ev chargers at nearly every parking space. Wish we had brought the EV car instead. Bike garage to leave the bikes, restaurant was lovely and staff were great. Facilities we didn't really explore but looked good. Bedroom was a good size and beds where comfortable.

We were late to so there wasn't much left and my son ended up eating chocolate spread on bread so that could have been better, but a very small thing in an otherwise amazing place, highly recommend.

Awsome customer service, very cosy, ambience was relaxing absolutely clean and fresh the food was delicious and breakfast was excellent ? I loved everything the spa was divine. From the moment we got in it just felt good. Seeing the bridge with a fish pond was beautiful. Worth my stay

Only down size was I booked for two in a double bed room so we had 2 small cute beds and not one. But we managed.

It is a new and modern hotel, located at approximately 10 km from Colmar. We arrived late in the night, they let us the code from entrance and the keys. Everything inside is beautiful and comfortable.

We have a little issue when we asked for an extra blanket, and we never got it. And another problem which is not necessarily their problem is that we had difficulties in getting a taxi to get to Colmar, in Christmas Day.

2 saunas, hamam and hot tube are amazing, restaurant serves delicious food, receptionist is very helpful. Location is far away from noisy roads, but only 10 minutes drive from Colmar. There are plenty of electric charging points at the parking. Chill out area near the lobby is very cosy. In general, this place makes impression of a well maintained property, which got plenty investments and have spent these money very well.

Location of that hotel on Google Maps is slightly off. It wrongly points to a building on the wrong side of the road and slightly further away than the actual hotel. But you'd find it anyways, as there's only one hotel in that area.

We liked the outdoor swimming pool which was very clean. Breakfast was very good as well.

Free parking. Room was clean.

Hard beds. Location is poor - no restaurants nearby, a car is required. Our room looked out onto a roof where there was pooled water which attracted mosquitoes so window had to be kept closed. Staff did not offer any information on facilities.
