- The property is not as seen in pictures,I went there abd left,so I contacted booking they asked me to contact the property for refund. This is the Answer of the property:in principle we take note of the conditions of sale and opening hours before entering into contracts. typing is a regular issue. our rooms are not locked but with code.thank you for everything. remember that it is not refundable.see you. This is not at all professional, I trusted Booking.com but now I will be more careful.
- Location was very quiet at night. Parking was good. Crisp clean bed linen. Friendly manager who agreed to me changing my booking.
- It was OK - but a bit tired and definitely budget.
Cons -
- First no one at the reception you should use an interphone to call someone, after I did he was upset.Make long story short:Place not safe for family especially with a sign on the entrance ( Here we sleep our legs closed )And the fishing smell was all over the place as someone is cooking inside his room.
- Very hard and ridged mattress, so our sleep was very poor and lacking. No ventilation, tiny window, with bright light illuminated all night long just outside the window so was badly bitten by mosquitoes in the night. Overpriced. Breakfast was very average.
- I stayed with my teenage son for 2 nights during the Paris Olympics. Overall everything was OK. However my son couldn't get in and out of the bunk bed as it was so close to the ceiling - it was also very hot and because we were on the ground floor we couldn't really leave the window open all night. We arrived at 3.30pm to be told that we couldn't check in until 4pm - despite having a confirmation email saying check-in was from mid-day. And on our last morning the room had already been cleaned when we went back to use the bathroom after breakfast - at 9am, so we couldn't go back in.

It looked better than it surroundings
The bathroom was ill fitting, shower just soaked the whole room. Obviously happened before as bathroom door has been shortened probably due to rotting.
The rooms and bed linen were very clean.
The rooms are extremely small, smaller than they are framed to be on the listing. There was no air con in 30 degree heat, and even though there was a large window that could open fully, as we were on the ground floor facing into the carpark it felt extremely unsafe to leave it open as someone could both look into and get into the room is they so wished. This led us to have an unpleasant nights rest. Even though this is a budget hotel, the lack of basic amenities is disappointing. We were glad to only be staying for an the one night.
room very basic - bed was ok - breakfast was good - manager was a nice guy and friendly
bathroom has seen better day, but was clean
Budget was really budget. Not cheap but they tried to save money on everything. No stuff. To enter you need to get password on some kind of machine. Then you should remember your 6 digit password. There is never stuff at the reception. Even when there is stuff he is very rude and just saying no impossible to everything.I came early and asked if I can have early check in he said no come at 3 p.m. In my booking it was written 12 p.m. but the stuff said 3 p.m. Finally I got in about 2 p.m. It is written everywhere "free wifi". Even on the building. When I came it worked for some time after it stopped working. When I asked the stuff after looking for him for quite some time he said "no, today no wifi". That was all. There was another network that was for workers I guess. I asked if I can use it and to give me the password. He said "I don't know". But it was hotel network. The walls in the room look like they just built it anyhow and painted. This hotel experience reminded me hotels in Africa for 15-20 dollars per night. But it cost like 100 usd. Never recommend to anybody.
Simple but adequate accommodation at a good price, with excellent breakfast and attentive staff.
Key code didn't always work first time, but not really an issue
For someone with a car, the location is good. Especially, there is free parking and a many shops around.
The guy at the reception was so rude and not professional. When we entered he no one was in the reception, and when he came, he even didn't say hello to us. I think the same guy is responsible of the kitchen and other things that's why he is not available at the reception all the time. Since the check-in is at 12h00, we reached the hotel around 11h45. however that guy was trying to convince me that it's at 13h30 and he asked me to wait until the room is ready. We were really tired and I said no, according to my reservation I can enter at 12h00, but he kept trying to explain to me that it's impossible....Although the croissant was fresh and tasty, the breakfast is poor. There were just some bread, croissant chocolate and honey.... No eggs, salads... I think that breakfast doesn't worth 8€ : (The room was so tiny, let alone the bathroom which is so small, not clean and not comfortable at all.
nothings
the staff at the reception is not friendly at all.he does not greet customers and forcefully took my debit card and entered in his system.I said I have alredy paid but was very rude.he alts like smoking is a crime.
The breakfast though was decent, good coffee.
We came late, the reception was closed. The self-registration was easy, however the code reading machine to enter the hotel was broken. We could not enter into the hotel until a hotel guest came outside to smoke and opened the door. If it was not him, we would not be able to get inside in the middle of the night. The hotel is situated far from the highway, near national road. Room/ bathroom old.
parking
very thin walls and pillows are terrible
Disgusting last stay in our holiday
after a long day driving we got a room with bedsheets full of urine!!! so disgusting. We decided to repack and move on home for another 6 hours drive with our young kid and baby. You might be able to imagine the trip and the day after without sleep and two awake kids. unfortunately there is no one at night who can help you here, so there were no other options. nobody of the hotel responded to the notifications I left (a small letter, and the chat option) about this
cheap, close to where we needed to be
old rooms that need renovation, noisy corridor, drunk ppl in the middle of the night kept us awake. where’s security?
price and location. breakfast was very good and staff helpful and with a smile.
needs renovation. it’s falling apart.
Bad experience
Staff behavior.. one of them start craching front of me... shame! We are the customer or rubish??? We paid for a good service if he cant work he must get out from the establishment... and i paid thru booking and the staff keep forcing me to pay for a second time!!!
Comfortable bed, nice staff, breakfast
Good place to stop over close to Versailles. Silent, private parking, sterile small room. Pretty standard Ibis :). They offer breakfast at additional cost, usual approach in France, as a rule of thumb not worth to take it.
Nothing to mention.
Good breakfast, simple but very fresh and good
Bit tatty overall but reasonably clean
Very helpful staff and quiet location
