Location, facilities, ample parking

We made our booking through Booking.com and received a confirmation that the reservation was successful. However, we didn't receive any information regarding how to access the hotel, the gate, or the room. When we arrived, it was raining heavily, and since it was after 9 PM, we couldn't get inside — no prior information was given that a payment was required on site to receive the necessary access codes.Fortunately, after about 15 minutes, someone passing by let us in, allowing us to search for the reception. Unfortunately, it was already closed, and although there was a check-in machine, it was impossible to complete the payment because the card terminal was broken. We then had to spend another 20 minutes making a new booking directly through the hotel’s website and paying online with a bank card.Only after completing the new booking did we receive the full information including the gate and room codes.Overall, the process took over an hour in the rain, with small children waiting in the car, which was extremely stressful and inconvenient.Despite this unfortunate and chaotic arrival, the hotel itself did not disappoint — it was clean, comfortable, and very well located.After this experience, we are still willing to return.

The room was quiet

Arrived at 22h, the access code for the gate didn’t work. Then my access code for the bedroom door didn’t work. A responsable came quickly but this wasn’t ideal after a 3-hour drive.

Location.. sometimes miss it to complex roads network. Sometimes tricky and a lil complex self check in if u arrive late night.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Secure parking and close proximity to restaurants and motorway.

Room was a bit small for a 6ft tall person. The shower was quite tight but manageable. A tea/coffee facilities would have been a nice bonus.

Automatic checking system didn’t work as we had to pay a tax. A bit hard to contact the staff to resolve. Staff on checkout couldn’t speak English or Spanish.

Staff were friendly and helpful especially Natalie.

Took us over 30minutes to gain access to the property with 5 children, had to call the intercom service to be told wait for the manager to come and see us, will never use this hotel again

Staffs very friendly and understanding. Rooms were great and spacious. For a 2 ? B&B, worth every penny. Greatly recommendable for families looking for affordable hotels.

Just the WiFi. Isn't as strong and keeps disconnecting from the rooms. But not an issue

Careful there are two hotels with the same name but entrances on opposite sides of one building. My reservation and the signs at the entrance were not clear and I wasted 20 minutes in finding the entrance. Good telephone support at night trying to resolve this access mixup. This needs improving.

dirty rooms, heavy odor of indoor smoking in the rooms, walls are not sound-insulated

As a travelling family with young children, we expected to have quiet and clean rooms for the overnight stay. Rooms were barely clean, but with a heavy odor of indoor smoking. Walls between rooms were not properly sound-insulated, everyone can hear noisy neighbours in the night.

I stayed in this hotel ONLY for 2 days from July 20 through July 22, 2023. On July 20th during checking-in, I was requested to pay for all 6 nights before they could give me a room and I paid on that date to have a room.Two days later, I checked out on July 22, 2023 and I went to stay in Montfermeil.Before checking out, I went to the reception to request a receipt and I was told that since I booked online, they cannot give me any receipt. Please charge my credit card for two days ONLY.

We did not stay in this hotel, because there were bedbugs in the room. We were charged for the room and are awaiting a refund. You could help with this process it. It would be appreciated.

All was well, clean and functioning. Restaurants and Carrefour shopping centre nearby. Big parking lot, self-service accommodation, elevator. Next to a highway, but quiet at night.

Check in is only until 20:00, we were late and the accommodation did not respond to our message. We only found there is an automated check-in machine in front of the entrance after we arrived. I would appreciate longer hours of the reception and clearer communication by the hotel.

The breakfast was in another building and all the information about it was in french. The straff didnt even try to understand english.
