Nothing was okay ; no electricity, accept only cash paiement due to a server problem and no electricity as well , no air conditioning in the room

Close proximity to a McDonalds and restaurant. Staff consistently cleans the shared toilets and showers.

There are no nets on the windows and flies can easily enter the rooms if you keep the windows open. Also, neighbors from the neighboring property can be very loud and can be heard in your room.

It was cheap.

Uncomfortable, smelly, dirty, noisy bed, small.

Bit of a dodgy place, lots of illegal activity going on, and shady characters.I couldn't lock my door from the inside (it was like a code but the staff could come in)and someone was trying my door in the night, so I slept very lightly and went away as soon it was light,didn't had the breakfast.

One of the staff just open our when we were inside.that was so embarrassing. She was a cleaner.

It was very cheap. Therefore, we did not have high expectations, but even then it was very disappointing.The parking is gated, though a bit small. (We were lucky to find one car leaving as we arrived, otherwise we would not be able to park.)

Cleanliness: There was a large spill of something sticky in the main staircase from ground floor to 1st. In our room, the floor was also sticky. There was a sink in our room, but it drained VERY slowly.There were toilets two places (maybe more) in our floor, but only one of those locations had a sink to wash your hands.During the evening, the lock to one of our two rooms stopped working for no apparent reason, so the door could not be opened from the outside by guests. The receptionist claimed it was no problem, because we could just get him from the reception when we need to get in, but eventually he agreed to call someone to fix it. Of course, no-one came.

We choosed the wrong side, it was too far from Eiffel tower , we had specially made a one day trip to be near the tower. While booking it was clear where exactly it is located. We had to check out the next morning.

I called and e-mail them 5 times to get a proper invoice (change address) and nobody ever replied….

We didn’t stay , we walked in , saw the shared toilets , the psychedelic paint and left

Beds were not comfortable, no towels and very poor breakfast.

This size of the room, there is no bathroom in the room,The location. I was not worth for the money I paid. I guess the pictures fool me.

The room was filthy, uncleaned. The fire alarm woke everyone at 6am, we went outside. It was just someone who let their toast burn.. The lady at the reception (who sits next to the toaster) didnt even apolisise or say anything. The showers that were 'cleaned' had hair amd mud all over them. Amd the showerhead holder was broken.

Booked and paid for two nights for employees. When one of our employees arrived at the the hotel they were told that the room had not been paid for and the employee had to pay for the first night even after showing the receptionist the proof of payment. I have sent correspondence to the Hotel, directly and using Booking.com and still have not received a response back regarding this issue.
