Location and above all very bad breakfast

The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was nice. The room was big enough and the bathroom was nice too. Everything was clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable

Value for money, good location, nice shower and bath, bed sleeps well

Breakfast was good in terms of options, however when we mention milk allergy there were little options, and we saw allergy book upon leave which they hadn’t mentioned when we were having breakfast. Food/drinks were sometimes empty although we went early. There were no boiled eggs.

Helpful staff, but the request to issue an invoice was only able to be implemented by the third person requested, although all the necessary data was provided, in writing, several times.

The room was messy, maybe it would be more appropriate to say, never properly maintained. Carpeting is carried by dirt and by attracting moisture. There was a strange smell in the room as well as humidity. Very poor sound insulation, since the hotel is right next to the highway, the noise was perfectly audible. Breakfast selection is very limited.. Not worth it in terms of price and quality...

It was next door to an excllent steak house

They sent ne an email the morning of my arrival promoting their restaurant but when I git there it wasn't open as it was the weekend. I paid for breakfast for 2 days. Just as I paid I was told it didn't start until 7.00 which was too late for the event I was attending. They wouldn't give me a refund, TERRIBLE customer service, I will be complaining.

The layout and deco was nice. Environment was nice for the kids.

The room was too cold, the heaters weren’t working. I got sick after my stay.

Rude, unhelpful and unprofessional staff who would make things up.as they go along. Anything you ask them they make an excuse to avoid helping you. They only want you money one time and for a sensible person you will never get caught in the trap again

location ( noisy bt the busy high way and industrial estate) Management is very poor I think a big company like companile has left the business to the unprofessional pair of hands. Not good at all for a business.

The hotel is not 24/7 service, make sure you contact reception before 9pm to tell them you are arriving late so they can leave key or give you their direct personal MOBILE number. This is not advertised on the hotel’s page. Before arriving I contacted the hotel number on site and on the app but no one replied. I arrived just after 11.30pm and was locked outside the gates. No foot access only car access through main gates which is locked after 11pm! Very poor customer service from management and she was not being helpful when told of my scenario. House keeping was poor, had to keep going back to remind reception to sort out my house keeping. Friday- Saturday slept outside by a nearby McDs, lucky family member came to get me at late hours to drop me to nearby hotel and paid almost double!! Saturday - Monday when I stayed I received late house keeping at 5pm because they thought I didn’t need to change my bed covers or get new towels! I will be making a complaint! Unbelievable!!

The room's cleaning was very poor. Carpet very dusty and dirty. You can spot crumbs everywhere.

dirty, tired…it was a cheap hotel, I didn’t expect to be luxurious but at least to be clean…

breakfast was good and the rooms where accurate to the photos.

i didn’t like how some of the staff treated us 2 where amazing one was really bad.

Incredibly helpful staff- one in particular -Stephane- helped us redirect a lost bag and could not have been more helpful.Staff like this make a hotel like Campanile so much better than those horrible unstaffed budget hotels. I hope he is considered for internal staff awards or bonuses!
