The room is clean, average size. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good (for 16.50 euro per adult). There are shopping center close to the hotel, but you must drive to get there.

It was easy to find

Hotel is dated, in a need of a facelift. Room was very basic. Bed was too narrow for two people and the mattress had a plastic cover which made the bed very uncomfortable to sleep in.Way over priced for the condition and comfort of the hotel and room.

I was here for a week for business, the restaurant has a limited menu, for 2 days is good enough, but for longer you have to good out for diner

The bedroom was just basic, no iron for clothes, the toilet was not working properly. The swimming pool was into renovation but they didn't mention it to me when I booked.

I liked the view, the staff and their professionalism.

No AC on the 1st night but I must say that they managed to borrow an amovible AC on the 2nd day. :-)

Room was as expected. Parking easy.

Booked restaurant in advance for evening meal. However there was no menu to chose from, just a very poor buffet. Being a celiac and having a nut allergy this was far from ideal. Staff didn’t seem to understand the issue. No labelling of food for allergens and no allergen chart offered. Only advice given it’s all gluten and nut free apart from the desserts and bread and only 2 other people had served themselves before us! didn’t understand issue of cross contamination. Not charged for our meals due to the issues above, this is appreciated.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, lovely for running/walking, within short distance of major motorways, but very quiet. The staff are very friendly. There is a good variety of food for breakfast.

The pool was being cleaned until midday on the day we left and the children did not get to use it. It was meant to be available from 10.

Everything was great.

We haven’t been told that breakfast stops at 9:30 in the week.We couldn’t use the pool on Monday because it was being cleaned.Nowhere is mentioned about that.The children were very disappointed.

Nice place, 40 km to Paris. 40 minutes on average during weekend till city center by car. Good price for family trips. 157 € per night with breakfast for 2 adults + 2 kids. + Paris parking and fuel, so less than 200€ per night, what is almost impossible in Paris.Nice kids zone, good dinner, small swimming pool was a bonus, nice neighborhood for evening running.

What we did not like was the stupidity of the staff not being able to accept our legitimate UK Natiional Health vaccination certificates, simply because their scanner did not recognise it! Consequently, we could only have room service for drinks & dinner, this was not suitable given the inappropriate furniture in the room. However, we were told that we could have our breakfast in the SAME DINING ROOM the next morning and the dining room was more crowded than it was at the time we wanted to have dinner the night before!!! The logic of this situation completely defeated us.

Nice staff

Old facilities, low quality everything (sheets, towels, bathrooms, furniture), unclean common areas (dust, bugs, spider webs). Our room had a view of an enormous bag of garbage outside that didn’t budge the whole stay.

Check-in was easy and fast. The room was comfortable. The lobby is well designed and cosy with plenty of sitting spaces. Our kids have enjoyed the "planetarium" (play room for kids). The green area around the hotel, as well as the pool are a must. Our stay was short but we really enjoyed the place.
