Too small room and bathroom
Clean, free parking. Well located for quick one night stop.
As to be expected for these type of hotels, price to high due to the Olympics
Rooms are really small, cramped-up. The bathroom is very small.Although we were with 3 persons, we had to ask every day for the third towel...???
Location was superb. Just off the main road. Lady on reception was lovely,
Didn't feel safe. Lots of men sat outside rooms smoking and drinking. One guy was in his underwear. I was with my 13 year old daughter.
The property was very poor so we checked out straightaway
The bathroom was tiny and I had elderly ppl, so was the bed it was a triple room but instead it was like a bunk bed
The room was basic but perfectly fine for an overnight stay. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
Quite a bit of road noise.
Nothing was really enjoyable tbh
The sheets were to small to cover the bed and the blanket had very suspicious white stains on it The overall room was damage here and there giving the sensation it was dirty
Disappointing
The closing mechanism on the room’s window was broken/missing. It appears that this was known about, but they went ahead and placed me in what was, effectively, an insecure room. Also, the bathroom door wouldn’t close.
Staff & Clean area
Breakfast
Worst hotel I have ever used
Dirty rooms, graffiti on the walls staff on the phone when I wanted to complain so gave up. Went in locked the door and left the next day
I had very a bad experience
The room which is advertised in booking.com is not exist. The room was smelly. It was not cleaned. There was a snot on the wall.It was so old. There was not duvet in the room just a cover which is red ;we do not know when it was cleaned last. There was not towels in bathroomThe ceiling is so loved.Air condition was not worked and there was not ventilation in the toilet.I booked the room for four days.We did the check in midnight. When I faced that room;I asked to upgrade the room. They said there was no option.Fallowing morning I asked refund to leave they said''NO''.I left from the hotel and booked a room from Mercury Hotel ;almost double fee.I am still waiting refund from booking.com.This is what I experienced in there. If you think I exaggerate then you can rent a room and see.I travel to much for business;Sometimes I have problems with the room ;in one call to reception we can sort it out but this hotel was a disaster.I was getting on my my nerves because I was with my family for holiday and the administration was acted everything was normal.
The location and was easy to find the address
I was lucky that I arrived before the reception was closed because the first room I received was not clean up and my had an order of cigarette
Location outside the low emmision zone, near a train station.
Old and worn out
Beds were comfy, 3rd bunk bed was made up (unlike Ibis!), Shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was cheap but very basic. Convenient for our route down France. Staff were warm and friendly and helpful.
Shower door was water damaged and wouldn't close. Powerful shower therefore accidentally blasted into the bedroom. Missing emblems on tap knobs made the shower controls guesswork (it doesn't have to be on mega blast).Tiny room. 3 people getting past each other and around the bed (about 40cm clearance) is stressful. It'd be fine for 1.If you arrive after 9pm the gate is closed. The machine outside was broken but there was a receptionist who helped us get in at 9.30pm. The layout of the building isn't ideal. With outside stairs and shared balcony to room doors, this makes a noisy social area directly outside the small windows, so there's no view if you want privacy, and none at all for the rooms opposite the stairs, so the rooms are a bit claustrophobic.
Really friendly staff
Very noisy. At 3 am there was so much noise
I didn’t like anything there, very disappointed
Anything…the place was dirty, there were flies in the room and all kind of disgusting insects which at night were on our faces too, the lights weren’t working and the guy from reception manage to just turn on a bedside light which wasn’t enough to see much, the room was dark, things were falling apart, we were 3 and only 2 towels… plus I didn’t feel safe and the guy at the reception seemed annoyed when I was asking for things…
Cleaning
Reception and breakfast. I had booked buffet breakfast, but it is like normal one. Don’t book buffet breakfast
