Lift was not functioning and we carried our heavy bags to third floor but next day it was again functioning

Location is good.

Their maintenance schedule needs to be adhered to. A few faults in the room that could easily have been addressed before a new customer occupied it.

Great location, easy access to Versailles and Paris

The AC is the only way to heat the room in winter and it brings in a lot of dust particles. The windows are locked so you can’t open them widely and air properly, for safety reasons which are completely understandable but it is a minus

Breakfast was decent. Bed linens were nice. Location was good.

The rooms were extremely small. The bathroom practically flooded each time we showered, they have that system of half wall fixed glass. There is no counter space in the bathroom, although they do provide a tiny shelf for toiletries. The parking system is a disaster. You have to park in the shopping mall next door, however you can never find a spot in the designated area. That alone makes me never want to go back there.

Quiet, clean,well presented room that was exactly what I was in need of. Excellent value.

It’s no frills, the room gave a bit of a student space vibe.

Good value, right next door to Westfields shopping centre and bus to Versailles town

We had a jr suite and it was roomy and comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful with shuttle reservations. The price was quite reasonable for such a nice place. One of few with a king bed.

A bit hard to find. No parking out front to check in as it’s part of a mall, but parking garage is right next door.

Shower tray was draining well. reported to the reception but no action was taken. One of the receptionist was not friendly at all. Over all cleanliness feeling was not great. there was no kettle or tea bags in the room

Reasonably priced hotel, nothing fancy or atmospheric, but clean and convenient. Parking underground for free (this is the parking of the Commercial Center). Nice terrace for a drink.

Far from the center of Versailles (25 min walk), and limited options around at night (only restaurant open is the Hippopotamus).Necessary to drive to the city center for more options.

Decent location for access to Boulogne-Billancourt; staff was super friendly and room was just fine for a simple one night stay

Felt a bit spendy for what you got but it was also peak summer in Paris and I know demand drives; A little off the main paths of most metros to get into town

The hotel was clean and reasonably quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after a long journey and stress. I would like to extend my gratitude to the hotel administrators, both of whom were serious, courteous, and elegant in their approach.
