I loved the location, the staff, the hotel itself. The bar and lounge area are great. It was a great choice. The only thing I didn't like it, I am vegan and there was literally nothing for me to eat there. The bar had no food for me. Only meat and cheese things. The breakfast had nothing for me other than a slice of toast or some fruit. I wished there had been more of a selection when it comes to people who do not eat meat and dairy.

No vegan food or breakfast, lunch OR dinner. There needs to be at least one option on the menu of something a vegan can or someone with dairy allergies can eat. That was tough.

The location is very good, the rooms, though old, are very well organized. Good breakfast, very convenient parking space and a Westfield mall right across the street.

The reception staff was not very kind and her English not very good so she made some mistakes with answering simple questions we had. The hotel is very outdated, the rooms cleaned not so great and if you check-in in the afternoon and have any special requests like extra pillow, don't bother. Ok for a nighter, I wouldn't stay longer.

Friendliness of the staff. The beds were oké and the breakfast as well. Also there is a parking which gives you a peace of mind to park your car safely.

Small rooms for a 4 star, very old hotel, needs a renovation. There was a bad but also very small.

I liked the easy Parking in the back of the Hotel which was free. Also breakfast was great!

Hotel really needs new floor all over and in the rooms. Very dirty and old all over .....

Got the wrong room type (didn't bother asking to be moved since we were tired), toilet crowded in a small corner, bad smell coming from sink drain, sink faucet was loose and handle was difficult to move, rain showerhead holes mostly blocked, handheld shower wouldn't stay in place.

The location is very convenient, nice bar area , rooms are very comfortable, updates bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and welcoming , specially Kami that was very helpful in our visit!

Exterior was shabby, letters missing off the name sign, weeds around the building, we thought it was a derelict building when we arrived, chipped and peeling paintwork in common parts. No restaurant and bar rarely open.

Great location for access to local sights, (we were driving). Shopping centre across the road for restaurants etc.The breakfast was superior in choice, quality and quantity. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice bar to have a drink or two.

Room was a bit cold but there was an electric plug-in heater (which was slightly odd). No evening food apart from microwave stuff from the bar which wasn’t fantastic

The bed and the bedding - we had an uncomfortable night with disturbed sleep! Nice shower, but pokey bathroom.

Great location, wright in front of the Westfield shopping centre. Great staff very friendly and welcoming. Reception girl was very supportive.

Fantastic staff, very helpful. Never saw anybody I thought was a manager, everybody just worked together so well. I'm an ex manager, so I noticed this. Breakfast excellent, huge choice of options, always extremely well laid out, whatever the time I had it. Great room, very clean. Good location, a couple of minutes from a bus stop, with easy access to the train stations and the City of Versailles. Shopping mall opposite was very handy.

It was very hot when I was there, and I did struggle to sleep sometimes, even though the air con was on. Maybe some instructions how to work this would have been handy. The plastic sheet under the bed sheet, probably didn't help either. The bathroom was very small. Ok for me on my own, I kept the door open but could have been if there was more than 1 in the room.

Breakfast Include glute free option and large variety of food (English, Continental...). Very close to mall and restaurants. I came multiple times and would do so in future. The rooms are neat and tidy, quiet with A/C.

Lift is a bit small, but well you can fit 3 people in.

The reception employees were very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Access to public transportation’s was nearby and easy to figure out. There was a bus that went directly from across the street from the hotel to the Palace of Versailles and the train station. It was easy to catch the train to Paris. We were happy to have free parking and then not have to move the car again until we left.

The bathroom was quite small so sharing between two people took some coordination but it was doable.

It is a nice hotel. 2 minutes walk to Parly 2 shopping center. Nice clean rooms. Good simple breakfast. Nice people.

The carpet had a lot of old stains.

Bathroom was ok, but toilet was at a strange angle. Double bed was small.

Breakfast had a large selection of food,to suit all tastes. The room was cleaned daily,and coffee and tea replenished. The restaurant and bar were spotless, all staff were very pleasant and helpful. free secure parking was a bonus, I will return.

Lighting in the room was a bit dim because there was no ceiling light, only ones on the headboards of the beds. Although lighting in the bathroom was first class. we did have a problem with the sink plug that stuck and would not drain, but that is nit picking.

Perfect for 3 nights, right next to a shopping centre - food and shops, train station to Paris not far , great parking
