The location was good, the bedroom was clean, and there was easy access to transportation. The breakfast was functional, though basic, and the reception staff was pleasant.

The cleaning staff were noisy. The TV remote was not working. The shower was also loud. Also, the AC system was not easy to operate.

We stayed only for 1 night. However, this hotel had everything to make our stay comfortable - parking, good AC, bus stop next to it with the bus going directly to Versailles, nice breakfast & good coffee, elevator l, pets allowed plus some nice bistros and supermarkets nearby. Staff was friendly and interior nice and uplifting. Great value and allowed us to avoid the traffic closer to Versailles/ Paris for out visit in the palace.

Property was ok. We booked it because we stayed in ibis styles in Belgium and that was very good. The France one was not that good.

Weekday staff attitude. Ran out of breakfast. The rooms were outdated. The corridor between the connecting rooms was not clean. We had requested late check out but were not informed of the charges. Then during checkout the manager wanted to charge us for 2 rooms as it’s a family suit with interconnected rooms stating that ‘the cleaner has to clean 2 rooms’. Made no sense.

Clean, quiet, great location for our trip! A/C worked well and the young lady over the weekend at the front desk was wonderful.

Breakfast is taken down 15 minutes before the scheduled time. At checkout the young gentleman kept interrupting me without me being able to ask the full question and was a bit rude as none of his answers were for the actual question

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. The room was clean, great location with many small restaurants around for dinner, Carrefour is just around the corner. The staff was very kind and polite. The only issue was the internet, for some reason it was a bit slow at the time I needed it. However, all and all, our experience at the hotel was amazing. Thank you

The hotel is well located if you plan to visit Versailles and provides a parking. The room was basic and not very spacious, but the bed was comfortable, the shower big and the breakfast provided enough choices. The place is close to Versailles which was ideal for our visit.

Staff was really friendly and helpful! The rooms are spacious and clean. Location is 10min away from the Chateau. Also, the late check out option is very nice. Very nice hotel to stay in.
