Hotel Best Western The Wish Versailles

Very clean hotel, helpful staff, and Great location with free parking. It took us less than an hour to get to de Gaulle airport and it was nice to relax before taking flight.

the one employee in the place was very nice and offered to refund our money, but bc I couldn't contact bookings.com, I payed fire a place I couldn't stay in

the room was unmade and not cleaned. There was nowhere to eat. The bar and restaurant were closed at 6pm. There was no staff in the hotel but one woman who was alone all night. It's a big, errie depressing place that looks like an institutional version of The Shining

The food was fairly simple but but excellent and nicely presented. The location was perfect for going to Versailles and the parking easy.

It's a comfortable B&B for a regular visitor in the area...

It's a rented place for meetings and seminars so sometimes it's not very free....but it's not a big deal

Good location, enough parking, friendly staff, nice outside pool area.

Unfortunately the bed sheets were not as clean as we expected, we also found an insect in the bed. It happened late at night as we came back from our friends' wedding, so we couldn't resolve it. The staff offered us a complementary breakfast and let us check out 1 day earlier vs initial plan though.

I liked everything! Good mattresses, modern bathroom, spacious, clean, coffee & tea even cookies in the room. I liked swimming in the morning. Friendly staff

Sausage, almond milk, cereal, yugurt.

Food: Eggs was cooked with too much fat/oil/ milk cream. Felt discomfortService: The housekeeping didn’t give us time to answer when they knock the door. And felt like we didn’t have privacy in our room thinking anytime someone can open the door on us.

A small hotel based outside Versailles which really need a car or possibly local transport to reach. Its about 10 minute drive to the centre of Versailles. Rooms are low ceiling and a bit cramped but clean and well equipped with useful facilities like an HDMI port directly wired to the TV, USB ports and free WiFi. There are no fridges/mini bars in the room but the staff are incredibly helpful and were able to store our cold items.

Minor error billing us for breakfast despite not booking it, but it was resolved quickly.

Stayed there for the Olympic Games (walking distance to the golf national). The price charged for these special days is a rip off

Location was good. It was close enough to the palace, but far enough that there was a little peace and quiet too. The restaurant and pool were good.

The room was really small. It felt almost like a college dorm room.

Lovely staff and great breakfast. Wifi didn't work which was slightly annoying - I didn't raise a complaint...

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was comfortable, spotless and decent size. Close to bus routes into Versailles and then rail links into Paris. Dinner was excellent. Reasonable choice at breakfast.

There is nothing I can think of that wasn't to like.

We had an issue with our car while staying at the hotel and the staff were extremely helpful in remedying the situation.
