Pros +
- Spacious and clean
- Didn’t not like it
- The warm cookie during check-in.
Cons -
- It is a little far from Paris or any metro station
- Walls very thin too much noise and after midnight and 5 am continue hearing noise banging and slamming doors in the hallway could not get any sleep! Too much loud noise all time of the night and early morning!
- The location, NO AC ANYWHERE BUT ROOM, elevator was HOT, NO exhaust fan/no ac in water closet, ELEVATED BATHTUB/no shower doors, even in handicap room, water goes everywhere, SAFETY HAZARD FOR THE BATHROOMS, pillows deflated when you lay your head, the two men at the front desk were blatantly rude, the guy with the tall hair and curly said no extra cookies, they are ONLY for guests checking in…moments later 4 people(ALREADY CHECKED IN) were given 4 cookies, and 2 pretty girls were given 2 cookies as well. RUDE. The man with the low fade just was rude, period. NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, for the price, it SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED, also because the location was next to nothing that was open to eat at. You could have at least had regular water available, coffee and tea. Everything had a cost $$$, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The last two days, we weren’t even given washcloths??? This was all about the $$$ and not about the customer. For $321.40, I feel I was not treated like a Hilton Honors member. My points have yet to be added for this stay as well? I’m truly disappointed in the lack of Customer Service. I also had checked in online and picked my room number. We had been traveling all night, I had sent a message to request an early check in and was told at the desk, it’s $20. An hour to do so, yet, rooms weren’t ready. I was called over to the front desk and asked to move me to the 2nd floor, my reserved room was on the first floor and close to the elevators. I have bad knees, arthritis and requested no stairs, I was stuck in 205, hallway smelled like paint, I had to go up 3 stairs each time to and from the elevator. I was inconvenienced from the start. TRULY DISAPPOINTED WITH EVERYTHING.

Beds super comfortable. Bathroom pretty clean and new.
The hallway is a bit old.
Room was small to move around and freezing toilet was so small to use.
The room toilet does not have extractor fan. Toilet smells and shower room gets foggy.
Tired hotel, nice rooms, no hot water on the shower, weird bar setup. Nice enough staff
Lovely hotel on presentation, cookie was lovely
Cleaners left takeout rubbish in room for two days, the room service was closed at 9pm and refused to bring breakfast after 9am. The coffee was not provided in the room after the first day for some reason(was not replenished after two attendances from the cleaners) Our family room booked for 4 only had two pillows, and three towels, and was situated over the smoking area of the restaurant, so when we opened the window because there wasn't any air con, our room stank of smoke.
I liked the room, especially the bed and pillows. I liked that there was a desk I could use. I liked that there were usb outlets available to charge devices.
Customer support - they didn't reply to emails. I called multiple times. It took me around 10 days to find out the information I was after and the information didn't come from the hotel staff in the end.
Great location and comfortable.
Facilities a little dated for price charged
Nice reception area.
The room. Need a total refurbishment. As the hotel reception area looks really nice on the photos, you don´t expect it to be THAT bad when it comes to the rooms.
The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The location is near Paris so it doesn't cost quite as much as a stay in Paris itself.
When you walk in the lobby the impression given of the hotel starts off great and as soon as we got out of the elevator the anticipation dropped, the carpet was very stained. The rooms were sufficient in size but quite dated and the conditions were not good. There was mold around the tub, the top of the toilet tank was broken, using the toilet paper made the paper holder fall off the wall. The stairwell to the garage had several large sticky stains you had to avoid stepping in.
The hotel has everything I wanted - good shower pressure, tea/coffee in room, and a nice gym. The room itself was a bit dated, but it was a good value for the price.
Broken hair téter, shower didn’t drain well, a little dated
Much better experience than the disaster airbnb before thatbig bed, clean, silent, spacious, has parking at night
a bit outdated, but fine for the price I guess
the lounge
there was one day that i had to stay in the room because i was not feeling well and being pregnant I needed to rest, the coordinator from room service knocked on the door even after seeing the Do not disturb sign and basically said that i should not be in the room because they needed to clean, i told her no i needed to stay and she said oh mam u need to go to the reception and pay extra because we need to clean the room and she was so rude.
Comfortable bed, clean room, well equipped.
A bit too pricy. .
The staff was really nice, there was a male staff member working night shifts, he was really helpful. And the front office staff was very nice. They spoke very good English and were really helpful for us discovering Paris.
The room was not okay. There were holes in the curtains, many stains in the carpet, the bathroom ceiling was falling apart. And the room was full of fungus. When we took a shower in the bathroom the bedroom carpet got wet because the sealants in the bathroom were not okay any more. (Hence why the fungus). The water went through the wall and messed up the carpet in the bedroom. Basically the room is worn out. I don’t mind the rooms being outdated for the price they asked, but I do like a clean room. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel, if you ask me. I don’t like a worn out room, with defects and leakage. I must say the staff was really nice and helpful, they definitely do this good. However I would rate this hotel max 2 stars.
location. comfort
room was tired. bathroom mould/lots of signs of damp.drains smelt and air conditioning unit smelt,
Comfortable rooms of a high standard. Really helpful reception. Free parking outside hotel during night.
Just a little bit far from Paris. But luckily most of my stay was based locally. Hopefully the restaurant will reopen soon.
Large room with a really comfortable bed. The place is quiet - if you're looking for somewhere to relax or to work from remotely - this hotel is a good choice. In the morning the restaurant offers a selection of good quality beverages.
It's hard to imagine how to get to this hotel with public transport. Also, the air conditioning is a bit loud, especially in the night - but it still does the job! During my stay the restaurant was still closed in the evening, so no chance for a diner. However, you can use Uber Eats - the staff does not mind - or find a decent place to eat nearby.
Great location, close from everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big room, excellent beds and quiet.
