    Pros +

    • I really liked the decor of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was very clean.
    • Great location, clean, lovely and helpful staff, delicious breakfast
    • The bed (spacious and comfortable). The fresheness of the room (no A/C, and it was quite hot outside). The curtain in the shower (not common in France). The solicitation for a taxi was promptly and properly handled.

    Cons -

    • As an American, the only thing I had to get used to are the smaller size rooms, but I noticed this seems to be the case for many restaurants in France.
    • No bar open all the time, even by the pool.People in the reception are not comfortable with English. The TV was not working (not a real issue, because we were not particularly interested on it, but it should be working). The faucet in the bathroom had a strange design that prevented us from drinking tap water without a glass. No toilet brush in the bathroom. It looks outdated and weared inside.
    • Old looking room that was very stuffy and hot, so we had a poor night sleep. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The rooms could do with some renovations.

Good location and availability of family rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking.

pet friendly, good parking, good size room

dirty carpet, poorly maintained building, stained bed sheets, no wifi at all (room161), doesn't deserve the rating

Breakfast was excellentDinner was goodRestaurant staff excellent

Check in wasnt great however the young check in assistant was pleasant and friendly. Problem was the experienced check in person butting in asking me to reserve a table for dinner before I completed the check in

    Ample free parking.

Boarded up premises nearby already indicated that the hotel was left behind, in an area in decline. All photos are decades old and it clearly should have lost its 4 stars a long time ago. Stained curtains, flaking wall paints, crude shower over bathtub, no air conditioning, inadequate housekeeping, insufficient staff etc. How can this hotel still be advertised as a Novotel!!

    9NielPosted on: 8-21-2023

Coming from the perspective of a budget traveler, I thought it was excellent. Rooms were bigger and better fitted than I expected. Facilities were good, my son and I really enjoyed the pool.

The aircon was not up to the challenge of a heat wave. One of the reasons I picked the location was on site EV charging, which panned out ot Tesla (not a problem but not expected) and at the time it was offline. That being said, there are plenty of fast chargers in the area and this was not a problem for me.

    8MarkPosted on: 8-17-2023

Friendly and helpful staff, good location just off the motorway, nice plentiful breakfast that was kept restocked.plenty of secure parking

Air con was poor but there was air con, would be good if the hotel had their own car chargers other than the tesla ones on site

Next to a Supercharger, great breakfast, friendly staff.

Our room and some parts of the hotel were very old.

    8UnknownPosted on: 7-28-2023

Friendly staff. Good situated in reaching Paris within 20-30 Minutes by car or taxi.

Could need a facelift. Furniture is rather old, but still in okay shape.

Very close to the highway. The rooms were confortable. It was really clean.

The rooms were really small,. From outside the hotel is really uggly. I was not allowed to eat next to the pool the icecream bought from McDonalds...

    1ChristopherPosted on: 3-5-2023

The rooms were just depressing, old, dingy. I actually left without checking out and booked another hotel nearby.

This place is like it was in 1982. Awful furniture, terrible decor, cheap, ugly and awful value for money. Nearby firms need to stop recommending it.

    7GiulianoPosted on: 9-24-2022

Hotel is comfortable and offers what is usual for the category

Rooms meanwhile a bit old styled, need general refurbishment. Location is a commercial area and is not good if you haven't a car with you.

    8SarahPosted on: 8-26-2022

Near the metro, secure car park, lovely staff

    8GarethPosted on: 8-17-2022

wet friendly staff. helped to arrange taxis to the station

bed not very comfy, no aircon

    2PhilPosted on: 8-15-2022

Pool and pool area was good. Location convenient for our journey

Sleeping arrangements, booked two double with sofa rooms but had one twin and one double so an uncomfortable night with two sharing a small sofa bed. No air conditioning, hotel decoration was tired and in need of refurbishment. Noisy rooms.

    8RosePosted on: 8-13-2022

the rooms were big enough and clean, all the staff was very helpful and professional..the lounge is very beautiful.

    7MarkPosted on: 8-11-2022

good breakfast with plenty of variety and quantity, limited selection for evening meal but reasonable. Nice reception area with plenty of parking. rooms could go with a repaint and a good clean - no air con in our room

rooms could go with a repaint and a deep clean but not bad and could be better to be the same as reception and ground floor- no air con in our room

    1RoxyPosted on: 8-6-2022

    would never return. very disappointed

the beds were very uncomfortable. we had a room for 2 adults and 2 children. the room had a sofa bed which was far smaller than a double and was not sleep-able on with springs felt through the mattress. the air con was turned off and couldn’t be over ridden leaving us to open the window to make the room bearable but as it’s next to a motor way junction all you could hear all night was motorbikes racing up and down. restaurant options were non existent. luckily it’s next to a McDonald’s. pool closed at 7 and opens at 10 making it a pointless selling point for people travelling through.
