The shower smelled strongly of mould and the whole room smelled like this.

Staff on the door was welcoming and friendly.

Rooms were not clean, ie when making the 3rd bed there were lots of bits and hair under the mattress.There were faeces smears on the inside of the bathroom door. Also a really bad smell from the shower. Water didn't drain away from the sink in the bathroom.Breakfast was very basic. Croissants and jams and a couple choices of cereal.

The hotel was convenient due to its position near the motorway and the staff friendly.

Our main complaint is that we booked for three people but the third bed wasn't made. We arrived late in the evening with a sleepy child and had to make his bed ourselves. That's not acceptable even for a 2-star hotel.

The room had some bad smell from the toilet. Toilet wall hadn't been cleaned properly at arrival.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, our check-in was quick and easy. Everything was in order in the rooms and we got a good stay there. The place is comfortable and quiet and with a good location to find gasoline or food, or anything one would need from the city.

Bright room with opening window, very good shower. Had air conditioning. Excellent double glazing which blocks all of the noise from the busy road; just by it. Heard nothing from other guests either so very good for being quiet. Beds good memory foam and comfortable.

Pillows were very flat, may of well not had any. Vending machine only has coffee with sugar except for the espresso and only have mint or lemon tea. Clicked on get directions on phone and was sent to the locked back gate. Had to put McDonalds in to get to the location which is right at the back of a retail park which looks derelict. The roads and entrances to the area are confusing to a Brit.

Convenient

No light in shower so had to leave door open and no door handle. Breakfast was not adequately laid out.

It was cheap and close enough to Paris that we could drive into Versailles the next morning and avoid $600 hotels in Paris

I got concerned when the room across the hall from ours had a police evidence seal on the door. Also, it was a little difficult to find next to the abandoned nightclub next-door

the door lock was bad, I was unable to lock my room, so I had to bring my stuff always.I had to take the room because it was 23.00 in the night.How can I ask for a rebate? I paid for an open room

the property was clean and tidy

we didn’t have pillows and it was late by the time we arrived back to the hotel so didn’t want to hassle staff

The warm welcome was much appreciated. The hotel did "what it says on the box". Not a fan of all in one plastic bathrooms, but on the other hand it was very clean. The air conditioning worked properly, fortunately as it was fairly warm outside. The breakfast was the usual and we appreciated to eat it at a table outside the hotel. Definitely recommend, would stay there again.
