Mezzatorre Hotel & Thermal Spa

Amazing setting and incredible staff! Food was excellent too.

There are not enough stars to rate this place. Everything about it is extraordinary - building, rooms, design, food, view, atmosphere. The kindness and warmth of everyone who works at Mezzatorre turn this place into a little paradise. This is something really special. All I can say is: thank you and see you soon!

This hotel is amazing! The staff were amazing, breakfast set a very high standard. The facilities were wonderful. We wish we had stayed longer.

We wish they would have sent a van to pick us up at the Ferry.

Beautiful, comfortable room. The thermal spa is a very special experience and is included in the price of the stay. The grounds and the surrounding nature are gorgeous. The dining (La Torre and La Baia as well as the apertivo bar) is truly exceptional. The team is unbelievably attentive and warm. We loved our stay.

Nothing it was perfect

the property was on a beautiful quaint part of the island away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the island. The views and location are stunning as you feel you are at your own private oasis. The service and attention to the customer was unparalleled

you have to take a taxi or car to go pretty much anywhere- this can be both a positive and a negative as you are at your own private oasis.

Exceptional property, delicious food, the most amazing staff to highlight Antonio and Massimo. We loved the 360 views of the sea, fantastic swimming pool with warm sea water was splendid. Spa and thermal water area is great too, relaxing.

The location, the view, the pool, the lovely little cocktail bar! Staff were charming and helpful.

We were upgraded on arrival :) but our room was very small (inspite of the upgrade?!).The weather was not great whilst we were there and there was no where comfy to sit and relax inside in the evening except the brightly lit lobby of the tower. This could have been made more atmospheric, candles, better lighting etc..It's clearly a hotel for great weather but could easily have been made better for windy / rainy weather.

The location is perfect, stunning views, 5 star sevice in a beautiful island.The Hotel is quite exclusive, in particular for the location in Ischia.

We loved the facility, the pool and spa and amazing grounds and view. We are now in Capri and my daughter is begging me to take her back to Mezzatore! We definitely should have stayed at least two nights there and fewer in Capri. We miss you guys!

Pricing of food was a little high for portions but we didn’t mind paying it to support the overall facility (plus the fact that the thermal spa was included in the room price was very generous and appreciated). Also very much appreciated the snacks for us in the room and that non-alcoholic drinks were included.

the location was exceptional, the staff very kind and helpful, the thermal spa was a delight.we enjoyed it twice a day.i would love to return with my family in the early spring or late summer next year.

I would have liked a slightly larger room.the piano player kept us up all night.but the staff was helpful in giving us another room

Honestly everything about this place was impeccable! The staff was wonderful, especially Salvatore in the restaurant. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a more beautiful location. Everything about it screamed dolce vita. I loved lounging my the pool and then jumping in the ocean after. Such a dream ..

Everything was top notch.

We just got back from a week at the Mezzatorre and cannot wait to return. Everything about this place is truly luxurious. The breathtaking setting, the absolutely delicious food and drinks, the elegant and very comfortable rooms/beds - but as many others state, it's the service that sets this hotel apart. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful, so professional, and so good at their craft. From the moment we arrived Francesco made us feel welcome, and throughout the week the staff at the pool area, the restaurants and front desk went out of their way to ensure everything was just right. We've never experienced this level of service before and it blew us away. We'll be highly recommending the Mezzatorre to anyone who will listen! We enjoyed every moment at the hotel, and also really enjoyed the walk (or shuttle) into Lacco Ameno. It's a charming town and it's so nice to have it within easy walking distance of the hotel. Thanks so much for such a great week, we will be back!

All of the amenities on property were great from the thermal spa to the outdoor lunch area, the pool and deck, the breakfast room, the aperitivo outdoor space and all of the complementary additions!

The staff and location were the highlight of this hotel. Perched on top of a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean the view is breathtaking>. Staff were exceptional, friendly and attentive. This is really a special hotel on a very beautiful island

Our room was a bit of a trek to the facilities. If you have mobility issues you should ask for a room closer to restaurant and pool area.
