Beautiful building, good restaurant and central location

Great Hotel, perfect location to visit the city, great swimming pool. Nice breakfast room with very good breakfast.

Sauna was out of order without official message somewhere. But not required for our stay.

The room was a nice size. Located in the center of town. Easy to get around town by walking or driving. The morning breakfast is great and the view while eating is looking out at the Schloss park.

We had the nespresso machine in our room and we only drink regular coffee and mostly decaf. we had to go find some pods that were close. I would rather have a machine that has decaf pods or just a electric kettle to make my coffee.

Modern hotel, with everything for a pleasant stay. Main attraction: the glorious restaurant for breakfast and the old cellar restaurant for dinner; both in the old palace and both serving excellent food. Close to city center.

Good location and good (expensive) breakfast.

Sauna is shut down but no one mentioned this before our visit!Room key needed resetting every day. Lift needs replacing. Room was not cleaned properly.

The breakfast room was a feast for the eyes! Excellent and very wide selection of things on offer. Excellent location adjacent to the gardens and opposite the Cathedral.

Great location, right next to castle garden and the town cathedral. Lovely rooms and ballroom.

For the price, breakfast was a little lacking. The room price was also a bit steep.

The hotel is beautiful, with an amazing room for breakfast and wonderful surroundings!The staff were very friendly and informative. The pool and sauna are well maintained and provided with plenty of free towels.

We stayed in a family room. The regular bed was excellent, but the foldout coach was not comfortable at all. So only half of our family had a decent night sleep.

The Orangerie is stunning. The food was good.

The service was not great. The waitstaff are very nice but very forgetful and hard to find at times. There were many mistakes. This place could be so much more. It has potential to be a 5 - star but I think its more of a 2-3 star. It needs strong leadership.

The room was very nice. It was quiet. It had a balcony which was a great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. There is ample underground parking. The reception and dining staff were very accommodating. The location adjacent to the Schloss Garten of the was perfect. It was just a short walk to the Residenze and the old town area.

It’s a very beautiful place. The rooms are a bit outdated, but the beds are extremely comfortable — we slept so well! The staff are incredibly sweet and kind!

Restaurant

The superior room came with the amenities we missed in the classic room: water and bathrobe. Lovely park view, great facilities: generous lobby, great indoor pool and sauna, stunning park and breakfast room. Staff was excellent and went out of their way to help us.

Excellent and helpful staff, location close to city center, lovely breakfast room, and facilities, great gardens and park, indoor pool and adjacent Orangerie so we did not have to leave the building for the evening event we had booked.

We had booked a classic room and no bathrobe for the pool- located near the lobby- was provided. Breakfast was extra at 23€ pp. No water, minibar or coffee maker was provided in the room, drinks could be bought from a vending maschine in the lobby.
