Hotel ESPERANTO Kongress- und Kulturzentrum Fulda

The hotel and amenities are very nice. The staff was great and the location is good.

We had an old orange and red room that looked horrible and felt very uncomfortable. I saw one of the updated rooms and it was very nice looking but we got stuck with a room that looked like a late 80s early 90s design. The worst part was the bed. I could hardly walk after sleeping in the old worn down mattress in the room.

I think this is the nicest hotel within such close walking distance to the center of town, located just a five minute walk from the train station. There is plenty of parking, and the breakfast is magnificent.

Nothing really, except that in booking, it’s important if you were looking for air conditioning to choose one of the rooms that has it

The room above the front door, a lot of noise. No window opens. There is a water leak in the bathroom. 30 days before me, a guest left a negative review for the same problem and they did nothing.

Convenient for what I wanted to visit

The weather was exceptional apparently for this time of the year and the room AC were not functioning.There was ZERO compliment water or coffee and tea in the room. For 4 star this is pretty poor

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Amazing !! .Room was silent and comfortable.I also wanted to check gym and spa but unfortunately i had no time for that. Hopefully next time :)

Lack of restaurants nearby, the hotel has a good restaurant but a little expensive.Parking is across a wide road, no shelter and 10 euros per night.

The breakfast was missing a vegan form of protein such as baked beans. The coffee quality at breakfast could have been significantly better. No coffee or tea facility in the room. The bed and pillow were uncomfortable, no second choice of pillow and no mention of a pillow menu. I asked for a room on a high floor and did not get it.

Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast spread. Good food for dinner also. And a very big spa.

Rooms and staff was nice.I forgot mig laptop bag and the staff was very helpfull helping shipping the bag to Denmark.

Breakfast could have been better . I wish less things to choose from but higher quality but other guests (mostly locals I guess) seemed happy about it.Dining hall looked outdated (very high ceiling and like a 80' og 90' paint job)Be aware that I not not compare to other options in samme neighborhood or region - only what I can compare to other hotels in Germany..

The location was perfect- one of the closest to the train station for my single overnight in Fulda. Hotel is beautifully kept and breakfast was excellent.

Just that there was no air conditioning in the room. It was not a problem on the night I was there but could be uncomfortable on a hot day.

Spacious and modern room, facilities, spa, location.

No AC - too loud noise outside (from the hotel bar) with window partially open at night due to heat.

Unfortunately some of the rooms at the lower levels don't have air-conditioning. It would be worth it requiring this at check in if air-conditioning is important to you.

Big, rooms are nice. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly.

I asked if there was a possibility for a late checkout, 12,13) but was rejected. I even asked if I could pay-they said: “No.”

The receptionist are friendly and can speak english. The breakfast are delicious. The hotel rooms are comfy, big and the heater works (perfect for winter season).

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were friendly and the hotel buffet had a lot of choices for a reasonable price
