Any invoice (any tax document) received for the accomodation. Booking.com and the hotel couldn´t agree, who should issue it - so nobody did despite many urgencies.
Very well situated. Varied and generous buffet breakfast. Room with all facilities.
A few strands of dust and a few visible hairs. The mattress was a bit too soft.
The stuff at the breakfast was really friendly.
Not organized at all. Stuff Don’t have experience with international gust. We wasn’t provide key information how to get in to the hotel at night. So we were outside trying to figure out how to get in . There is no 24/7 reception as it says when we booked. The so call emergency number goes to voicemail. By the end we managed to get in to the hotel in other smaller door where we could use the card to open but all that could have been avoided if the stuff informed us about it from the start We booked room with queen size bed but we were provided a room with two small beds., we went to the reception to get new room and was again same kind of room so we need to go down for third time with our stuff to demand the kind of room we paid for. Thanks to the breakfast stuff at list we had some thing we appreciate about the hotel.
