Very clean and tidy. Great location close to station and the old town

Mattress sagged in the middle so it was not the best for sleeping. Towels were very thin. Personally I would declutter the breakfast room walls… every surface covered in little signs with aphorisms.

The rooms are very nice, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet has everything one could ask for and is served in a very cozy room. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, just a ten minute walk from the main train station. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The breakfast staff always so welcoming. Didn't realize there was a coffee machine in the lobby until we checked out.

We didn't realize that the reception closed at 7 pm and in order to open door, fob was needed. Fob was attached to our key and fellow resident showed us how to get in the hotel. It may have been mentioned to us prior but a good thing to know.

I couldnt fit on the toilet , the wall was too close and I am 1.77 m tall only.

Good city location, all very acceptable and to a good standard no issues at all with the hotel. Staff were very obliging and spoke english.

Unfortunately Reception closes at 8pm so if arriving late you need to make sure they are aware. Arrangemnts can be put in place.

Directly in city center. A bit noisy at evening. But good windows. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Parking for fair price.

Missing air-condition. But there were Fan on the room to can be used. And not necessary for majority of the days.

Lovely staff and amazing breakfast. Room was spacious and super clean. When you don't let the room service tidy up the room daily, you'll get a sma giveaway :-)

Perfect location for Fulda with parking in the back yard. 24h arrival, very friendly staff (owners?). Super clean, super breakfast with individual orders. Bathroom remodeled.

Worn down carpet which needs to get replaced. Bed cover and pillow unacceptable old.
