No respect , no service , also I’ve waited from 22:40 until 00:00 for my card room why reception forgot to put it in safe box , at the end she said that was fault of security

The healthy and creative breakfast buffet was outstanding and also the friendly and helpful staff and location next to the train station and the beautiful view from our 4th floor window.

The front renovation project seems to make no progress and is not pleasant to live with.

It’s central location, secure parking, able to accommodate dog. A generous sized shower with accurate associated controls.

Surprised to find that our fifth floor room outlook was disrupted by scaffolding and associated safety netting which affected our hoped for skyline view.Mention was made at the reception desk that all booking platforms carried a disclosure of the building works, yet unfortunately, no mention of it could be found on yesterday’s’Booking’ site, apart from in the reviews.We found the signage and layout of the building confusing - a mass of beige for walls and doors with A4 office style directional notices stuck to the walls. Clear floor level signage would be a good start.As for the room, certainly clean, however, an extraordinary television table in the middle of the room acted as an obstacle to clear access to the remainder of the (large) room, as well as not being as secure as one might have hoped for. The provided occasional table was flimsy and unbalanced.No seat available, just a firm cube of foam without a backrest.

The room looked good and smelled good. It was nice to feel a perfume every time I entered the room. The location is also very good, as well as the communication with the staff. They were also very transparent when informing that the hotel was undergoing renovations.

The plates in the breakfast section were not 100% clean. I had to warn that two of them had small pieces of food waste. In one of them, a piece of parsley was evident.The hotel is also more expensive than other ones I stayed in Germany, though having less featuresIf I'm not mistaken, you need to pay additionaly to get coffee, even in the breakfast. I'm not sure if the Wifi is free only in the first day, as I could understand from the ticket I got when checking in.

Very bad condition, building under construction... It should not be rented.... window were in very bad condition, smells bad from and corridor...Bedroom is very bad situation, water was coming out of shower in bathroomDifficult to locate entry Parking was in really bad condition

Location

The room smelled bad of sewage and we could not open the windows as they were covered in plastic and scaffolding. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable with a 5 cm dip 1/3 of the length of the bed. The double was hard and very creaky which woke us up. There was no top mattress and the mattress was warm into small balls that were not nice to sleep on. We had not been informed the hotel was being renovated, the receptionist in the morning was rude/angry. Only 1 out of the 4 external blinds worked.

Excellent location for railway station. Large comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Get rid of the scaffolding.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were helpful and breakfast was fine.

It was a little disconcerting to find the hotel covered in scaffolding and shrouded from the street. Clearly a lot of work going on but the view over the bin area was not attractive and the windows seemed to be covered in mud. It was quite hard to locate the car park through the scaffolding. Once in everything was fi e though.

I needed an hotel in Fulda as overnight stay, on my way to Hamburg Hbf and home. And INVITE Hotel Fulda City Hauptbahnhof was the perfect place for that. Very close to Fulda Hbf.

I’m probably nitpicking, but there was no water kettle or coffee in the room.

It’s was very bad treating customer like that by allowing we staying outside the hotel for hour and calling customer service and not doing anything and the doors could not work after paying the hotel

The breakfast was good, with a varied choice. The best thing about the hotel was its location - very close to the bus/train station, Universitätsplatz and old town. The rooms are spacious.

Good location near train station. We did not take advantage of the car park, but because we arrived late and for only one night, we were able to park on the street for free til 8am. Reception staff very nice. Good value for one night.

Because of remodeling the blinds were broken due do Scaffolding. I hope they are getting replaced.

The location was central to all tourist sights and shopping and directly 5 minutes walk from the railway station.
