- €22 for breakfast is too expensive when the cafe across the way does a good breakfast for half the price. Bar not open on a Sunday night. Buffet breakfast not kept topped up with eggs, sausage, etc.
- Easter Sunday the doors to the hotel were closed and there was no staff. We only got in when someone else came out of the door in the parking lot.

Perfect location. The Christmas market was literally just outside the front door and parking was simple and convenient.
Breakfast and rooms where great - if you get a room with AC.
The hotel sends an annoying amount of messages, including 4 or 5 emails about a road closure in front of the hotel and follow up emails that were not asked for.

glass dividers in the shower room was too small to block water . Whole bathroom got wet after I took a shower

Beautifully renovated. Lovely big rooms,  big windows and high ceilings. Very tasteful. Fantastic location.The staff were great. It was an extremely busy evening when we were there, but all the staff remained very calm, professional and attentive, and showed no signs of the level of stress they must have been experiencing.Hats off to the whole team. 
The room was very warm after a hot couple of days, but the fan and the big windows help to cool things down in the evening.An extra towel rail in the bathroom would be useful.

Clean, modern rooms, friendly staff, fast check in
The windows don't open very far, it gets a little noisy due to the hotel being right next to a church and in the middle of the city with lots of bars and restaurants. Also there's a cobblestone street right next to it.
The staff was super friendly, the rooms comfy and the breakfast absolutely delicious! Also the location is amazing!! Easy to reach (especially if you go to Fulda by train) and in close proximity to the Dom and Schlosspark!

My room was good size and well appointed. On a hot summer evening I particularly appreciated the air-conditioning. The breakfast selection is excellent and bar is a great place to start an evening.

I heard the guy on the running machine at 7:00, two rooms away from the fitness room. And the light in the bathroom is terrible for getting your make up done. The eyes are always in the shadow. Impossible to see if the eyeshadow is correct. Add a backlight to the little make-up mirror please.
