Peace and quite,clean ,comfortable, decent staff .near train station .

I cant think of anything that wasnt good

Very convenient location to train station

Rooms have been better in the past .The bottom of the shower was glued together and there was a thick layer of dust behind the room door.

The room was clean, the hotel is easy to reach from the train station and the city centre, and they didn't only offer packaged food for breakfast

Cash payment was not possible when I arrived, and the temperature was difficult to regulate (it took some minutes until the water in the shower turned warm and then the water was too hot),

placing smokers right in front of the front door and check in is very unpleasant.

Everything! From the LOCATION of the hotel itself, right beside the railway and bus stations, to the nearby supermarket, where I could get whatever I needed. The room was clean, tidy and well-maintained. A television provided news in English, since my German would not be up to the native-speaker level needed to understand German news broadcasts. The room also had AIR CONDITIONING, which was great as the weather in late June was exceptionally warm.

I really have no complaints. I choose only accommodation, WITHOUT the breakfast, so I was responsible for feeding myself.

Quick check in, parking on site, dogs welcome. Location was OK, about 10 minutes to train station, city center and cathedral. Quiet.

Comfortable beds.

Self check-in (after 22:00) is difficult if you have more than one room booked. We failed to get our second room after many attempts and had to book a third one (still waiting for reimbursement). The elevator also got stuck in the second floor afterwards. We were inside, tired with small kids and without phone signal…and the door didnt open for 10 minutes! No human attending the hotels hotline…both situations were really frustrating.

The check-in was difficult, you need pet control, the beds very uncomfortable! Make sure you call the number on the door by the check-in machine. Don’t call the number booking.com have.

The Hotel is good, well located, clean and staff are very well trained. But improvement should be done in the areas such:1. Telephone in the room2. Alternative way of support customer who come from different country in terms of electric plug for use of laptops, tablets, etc.

Everything was fine, clean and comfy room with everything you need when you're spending couple of nights in Fulda. Staff was nice and polite. Brakfast buffet was still full even when we came as almost last guests.

Shower was great and breakfast was great, room was clean and bed was comfy. Great hotel

Breakfast a bit minimal, I would prefer something warm in the morning.The room was a bit cold when I arrived. If possible, I would like it already warm when I arrive (reaching, for example, 22C or 23C).

Great location to the train station. The staff were super friendly.

The parking was tight.

Property as such is standard B+B Hotel.

Noisy next to busy road and rail. The aircondition was not working

Few minutes walk from the station and cathedral. Friendly staff.

Noisy rooms. Hard to find sleep with cars speeding along the hotel front.

Not going back

Bed was not double bed, was 2 single bed put together, and if in middle slide open. Sink was partial clogged, dirty stuff came up when use. Room was put together with very cheap looking plastic Lego kind of set up, make us feel as mix of be in a campervan or on a boat. No fridge. Very expensive compare to value. Breakfast did not look good, better go to the nearest Coffee shop.Needed pay for parking on premises, even after pay expensive room.Receptionist was OK, very German minded service, not bad, not good. Vent system did nothing to cool down the room, and room was to hot, even it was not hot outside.

We chose this hotel as it was within easy walking distance of the railway station. It's a bit out from the centre, but there's an excellent bar & restaurant nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, if a little small.

The buffet breakfast was an absolute bargain . Location just a short walk from the station and town centre. Super friendly staff too!
