Holiday Inn Express Fulda By IHG

Friendly personal; Breakfast for this money great;

The man working at the reception was helpful and very friendly, while being professional. The breakfast was peaceful and relaxing, buffet was good, it is not huge but enough and good quality

I loved everything

The breakfast was nice, the staff is super friendly and the hotel is exceptional clean. We really like to stay there

Liked everything

The location was excellent with access to the city within 10 minutes.

The breakfast was good, but without any variety. The same things were served everyday.

Clean Good location

There was an issue with the temperature control in our room. The room was too warm during the cold month of December, even when the outside temperature was −2 degrees. we could not sleep properly because the temperature inside the room was unbearable. We tried to reduce the temperature using the controller, but it had no effect.

Good location near the city center. Staff was really nice and professional. Great breakfest.

Everything was OK. Not outstanding.

The whole night we heard a bleep every few seconds. I think it was because a neighbor left their door open. But it made our stay really uncomfortable.

Good location near to the town centre. Spacious and clean rooms.

Bad

“I had securely stored my wallet in the hotel safe, yet it went missing. I am very disappointed that the hotel has neither offered an apology nor taken any responsibility for this incident.

- Comfy beds

- No car park available - Electric car charge very expensive and was not accessible- Poor Internet connectivity in the room- No water in the room - Very dirty floor in the room

Very clean and the rooms were nice. The staff were friendly. Parking garage was great. Breakfast was really great.

We had booked via booking.com and entered in one room with 3 adults and one room with 4 adults. Booking suggested rooms fitting to this number of people and we booked accordingly. Upon arrival we found out that the rooms were having one double bed and one extra bed. This was fine for the room with three people but not for the room with 4 people. The staff were friendly enough but could not do anything. It was not the first time that the staff had this problem and it had been reported to booking who had not done anything. At 11 pm you do not want to keep driving so we had no choice but to stay. But it was not comfortable with two adults in one small one person bed.

I had to check out at 3:00 A.M. and staff packed me breakfast and drink in bag.

Very friendly staff, clean room

Perfect for a one-night stay for a family of four, but the room is very cramped for a longer stay.

Easy access, clean and simple hotel. Good breakfast with “grab and go” possibility. Kind and helpful staff.

Confined spaces, the family room is actually tight for a family of 4.

Simple check-in, parking available, dogs welcome, good breakfast

the scrambled eggs were a bit funny.....

Cleaness , hospitality, smile on the stuff's face when I come

I wish that there was variety with breakfast like cooked egg,...But it was delicious breakfast

Very good

Air-conditioning buzzing really loud at 2am for about an hour

Nice clean room. Good bed. Parking facilities.

The breakfast was on par with other such hotels at this price point. A good variety of food and drink that should meet anyone's needs.

Bacon to go with the scrambled eggs would've been good. Using ham instead isn't the same...

Beverage and pastries were better than expected. We could park in the garage, access to the room from garage was easy and comfortable.Location was close to center, restaurants, shops nearby.Hotel was clean and organized.
