Staff and restaurant close was great. Very welcoming and friendly, great location. Bed very comfy.

Very disappointing experience – money stolen from my room

Although I did not request any room service or cleaning, someone entered my room while I was out. I noticed that my wallet had been moved during our stay and cash went missing. I reported this to the hotel management asking to check the hotel cameras, but they said there are no security cameras and that there was nothing they could do about it.This situation made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. I strongly suggest the hotel improves its security and guest privacy policies to prevent this from happening to other guests.

Excellent breakfast, friendly competent staff, convenient, free parking, spacious room, comfortable bed, TV had Netflix and YouTube. There was a lot to like about this hotel.

all room has a lot wear marks, furniture with a lot bruises and dents. noisy bathroom doors.

Over all just fine....staff great and location good....they were kink enough to give me bottle of wine when I checked out!!

The room was big enough.... beds not that comfortable but ok....again many foreigner stay here but no English tv channels, no international new, sports, movie's just nuts considering the internet tv around the world

Excellent staff, easily communicated in English, warmly welcomed, complimentary 6:30 pm drink, nice breakfast layout and easy travel throughout Agrigento. 10 minute drive to the historical Valley of the Temples or down to the beach. Very nice!

It’s a spa hotel but basic spa facilities not available unless you book treatment at extra cost seems this option did not appear in booking options - also breakfast was poor - food options finished at 8 and tables still uncleared when arriving at 9:00 and still left uncleared when we left 30 mins later

Spa for one entrace is 40 euros per person, when we asked to "show us first" before we decide to pay, lady in spa told us its not possible. So we didnt use it. At the end of march there are not a lot of guests a by our opinion ammount is too high, and outside swimming pool is not possible to use, which we undestand. It s questions of hotels policy and we accepted it.

Nice location. Easy accessibility to Valley of Temples, restaurants and walking the beach. Staff were excellent, and we took advantage of facials and massages at the hotel. Great value!

Easy parking in the lot! Very clean! Really great gastro restaurant nearby! Close walk to the water! Minutes from the monuments. Would recommend and stay there again! Also was given a bottle of wine at the end of our stay :)

Mister Salvador at the reception is the reason this hotel deserves 10+ rate.He did everything to make our stay phenomenal. We had a beautiful sunny room with a sea view and eventhough we had to make some changes with our booking, mister Salvador made sure there were no complications. I need to mention a welcome drink and dolce which adds to the special atmosphere upon arrival. Thank you for the most magical begging of the year and for an amazing experience of your beautiful island, Sicily!

The museum pieces in the lobby were exquisite. The room was lovely. We appreciated the private parking lots.

Great location for visit the Valle dei Templi， free parking in hotel’s security parking lot. Welcome cocktail and good English speaking reception

Staff were amazing. They were helpful, informative and extremely caring.

This property seems to be trying so hard and I really don’t like to say anything negative about a property trying so hard. It was our anniversary and they left towel shaped doves on the bed and champagne in the room. They called us immediately when we check out and left a cord by accident. Our room had an air conditioner that leaked so there was a water puddle on the floor. It was a problem for us but may be bothersome to others. We had also travelled throughout Sicily staying at high end hotels and this was a last minute add on that filled the need for the night. A bit of hotel snobbery made this one a bit of let down. I would say it’s a 3 star property at best but it’s clean, friendly and accommodating.
