Breakfast still the covid-way: to order at check-in what you want from a pre-printed list and to provide the time you will be taking it. It is no longer a breakfast buffet.

A very nice place ! The Owner of the hotel , the staff very kind and very well educated . Best pizza/ pasta ever had in Italy at the hotel restaurant !

More drawers needed for clothes storage other than the wardrobe. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been good.

Staff were extremely helpful. The owner went out of his way to assist when one of us needed antibiotics. Contacted his own doctor, then collected the medicine himself.

The location is far from anywhere. For example, you cannot walk to a shopping centre. Every facility was a half hour drive away.

The hotel is 15 minutes away by car to Etnapolis Shopping centre and Entaland. It is 1 hour away by car from Sicilia outlet village. The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and the food in the restaurants is excellent and tasty for exceptional value. The owner of the property is always around ensuring guests are happy and comfortable. The room had air conditioning which takes a while to be felt given the extreme heat outside, but we have had worse in sicily. Will definitely stay here again

A/c can be a little stronger. Maybe a fan in the room will then make it perfect a little cost to the property

Excellent location to explore Etna and Catania.

Breakfast service was slow. Buffet would be better.

It was OK but could be better like a small jug of cold milk for the cearal.

The hot food could be warmer. Also the new sunbeds you have to reserve the beds and it's a 120.euros for the ones with the jacuzzi per day and the other beds with the thick mattress is 40 euros per day the others are free. And so are the ones on the beach. But there is no information to say how much these are on the Web site or in the hotel as my husband has a bad back and the new beds are a nice shape but my husband found them hard to get off the beds so we thought to try the higher beds and was charged 40.euros but we only stayed for a few hours as my son came and picked us up to spend time with the grandkids.

Exceptional from start to finish. Close to Etnaland just a short drive. Clean. Staff wonderful. FOOD AMAZING we ate there on arrival near beautiful ambient by the pool and again before going to theme park in evening the next day at their restaurant. Breakfast top too. Everything so fresh. Views from balcony amazing. Car park available right in front of hotel in their private parking. Hairdryer good so no need to bring your own. We shall definitely be back especially for the amazing food and top location

Everything was perfect. One may want to bring a portable kettle and iron though and tea/ coffee etc if you like that cuppa in your room

The hotel was in a good location for Etnaland, and family friendly. A modern hotel with old world charm. Pool was nice and clean, and the food very good.

Quite good hotel, if your target is to visit Etna - it’s only 29km away. Very tasty pizza at restaurant (if you will decide to have a dinner there.

The car is a must have, as there are nothing around hotel.Breakfast is quite ok if you stay no longer than 2 days, as the meal selection is limited, and we have had quite weird experience, and we were not able to clarify with staff what’s going on, because nobody speaks in english. You need to mark your breakfast preferences on the paper, you basically choose what meals would you like to get for breakfast. We’ve misunderstood it and accidently marked too much for our 5 persons family on arival. During first breakfast we got almost all meals (some were missing), and we did our best to eat more than we wanted, in case we really don’t like food wasting, but still we didn’t manage one plate of omlette. We’ve immediately went to reception and changed/reduced our first choices for the next morning, and it was really weird situation when we came the next morning for a breakfast, and found cold omlette from the previous order. It was really strange experience, and it was not possible even to clarify if this is omlette that was prepared this morning but way to early than we asked (you need to choose preffered time for your breakfast, and we were just on time both mornings), or it was re-served from after we’ve left it the first morning, that would be something really weird, but it omlette looked as from yesterday and not as cooked fresh. As I’ve mentioned, it was impossible to clarify the situation as staff can’t speak in english at all.

The hotel is nice, clean and has all the amenities a good hotel should have. The rooms are spacious and with a nice view of Mt Etna. The breakfast is excellent with a variety of sweet and salty options. It also has free private parking for those travelling with a car.
