Hotel Villa Albani

The pool is quite pretty with a cool waterfall feature. It has its own bar, and the rooms are spacious and clean. It is not too far from some great shopping malls that I highly recommend. There was a fair amount of parking and staff were helpful. It is also close to a train station. I definitely recommend this place and we will be returning.

They didn't offer or serve any food at all. There are some places nearby, but it is a small village so shops are quite limited on their doorstep. There is a town a short drive away though.

Air conditioner was not functional and it was not possible to turn it off. A bit more difficult to communicate if you don't speak Italian.

I have paid the accomodation with my credit card and gave all the necessary details to issue an invoice since that it was a business trip and had to put it on company expenses. 4 weeks after still waiting for the invoice!! Very bad customer service from both hotel and booking.!!!

Bad experience

We arrived there in the midnight, we were traveling the whole day and we were very tired. And when we arrived they gave us a room for 2 and we were 3. They couldn't give us another room, they couldn't do anything, they didn't speak English. It was a bad experience.

Not coming Back

Not a single fruit at breakfast,room view to a wall and garbish,paid swimming polo. The worst 4 star hotel we tried !

The cleaning staff were the nicest and most helpful. They were the best part of the stay.

Who closes a pool at 7:30pm AND makes paying guests pay extra for it? That was bizarre and not a good practice at all. The air conditioning in the rooms was spotty. TINY bathrooms. Needs more attention, could be a great place if they marketed it better and made some effort with creature comforts for their guests.

It was no airconditioning, Shower water came out of cabine and we no carpet or towels available to clean it

The hotel is in a great location. Easy to get to trains.

Room was dirty, air didn't work, no internet, found socks from someone else in cupboard. Finally convince staff to move us ro another room. The card nachine for paying did not work. Had ro walk 20 minutes to a bank and back pay in order to leave. Payed cash. Asked for receipt, they still have not sent me any. Not a good stay.

Pool in images is nothing like what you end, an empty dirty pool with no water in is the reality. No working aircon.A fridge in the room you can’t access due to the bed. the room was dirty and extremely dated. the shower had not been cleaned since previous guests. this hotel is not a 4* it’s disgusting, they demand you pay cash when you arrive

Very nice staff and beautiful pool. There was always someone to help out 24/7. Beautiful and calm hotel. You can walk to the bus stop within 5 mins and take a bus to the Amalfi coast. The train station is about 15-20 mins by foot.
