    Pros +

    • Beautiful hotel , good location, well trained staff, nice pool and garden.
    • The location was beautiful, we truly loved spending our days on the lido deck by the water or by the pool. The staff was great, especially in the reception! We had lunch brought out to the pool or beach all three days which was very much appreciated (easy to order and the food was good). On our last night there was a party thrown that you could pay 50 euro to take part in and it was worth it, a very nice buffet on the roof of the hotel with the beautiful sunset while a great live band was playing.
    • Location. Service. Amazing facilities. Great beach, particularly caipirinha beach close by. Cosy town close by.

    Cons -

    • Breakfast was average and was the same every day…Charging for parking is not very elegant…
    • Unfortunately none of us had balconies, even our friends who had the "Comfort room", so we couldn't hang out all together in any of the rooms, there weren't enough seating for four people. A few of the breakfast staff didn't speak english which made ordering coffee and other things harder. We couldn't get our rain shower in the bathroom to work, not in either of the two rooms.
    • Pool and gym a little bit outdated. Not to the level of the rest.

Gorgeous location on the water. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The food was first-rate for breakfast and dinner. Parking available.

    Seriously, no complaints at all.

Everything. The staff were lovely and friendly, I arrived at 10pm and asked about parking, the lovely man at the front desk checked me in and took my bags to my room whilst I parked my car. He explained the hotel and everything around.Lovely food, I only had the breakfast but it was so tasty! Great coffee too!!

The pools were closed but that was more due to the weather than anything else

great place, perfect location, very clean, good breakfast

    10RenaPosted on: 10-8-2024

Loved everything about this hotel. Just across the road from the sea. All the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Would highly recommend staying for dinner, the food was amazing and was excellent value for money.

Nothing to do with the hotel but there no buses from Santa Maria Al Bagno. Not a problem for us as we had a car.

Breakfast was delicious Fresh and very plentiful

Would be nice if there was an inside Bar area separate from the reception

    10LynnPosted on: 9-25-2024

Immaculately clean, modern & stylish and on the seafront of Santa Maria al Bagno a short walk from the centre.

Location - seafront & close to restaurants.Had a sea facing room with balcony which was greatNice room & extremely clean

Extremely uninviting lounge & bar area. Uncomfortable seats & bright lights, nothing there to make us feel like wanting to staySame with restaurant, very stark with bright lightsNowhere on the pool level to get a drink, had to go down 3 flights to reception to get water even

The location is fantastic- right on the front with a lovely pontoon beach. Beautiful sea and great swimming. The staff are also lovely.

The hotel is a solid ‘good’. However it is a bit faded around the edges. The rooms really should use glass not plastic glasses and china not paper cups. Robes would also be appreciated and the breakfast needs more fresh fruit.

    7TanyaPosted on: 8-28-2024

The hotel and staff were lovely, the breakfast was wonderful as was the location.

The room was very expensive and we couldn't use the balcony because it was above noisy air-conditioning units

Fabulous location overlooking the sea. Hotel is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Great breakfast, friendly staff, loved the pool area and being able to swim in the sea from the steps (tae care when it's a bit rough though) Would definitely recommend.....

Everything about the hotel was great...especially the staff. The staff couldn't have been more accomodating especially given my lack of Italian. EVrything i asked for help with was met with a smile and was organised for me.Its in a great location too..you can walk to cafes and beach clubs and theres is a good walking opath so you can go on long walks along the coast also. The gym and pool area are very nice too if you just feel like having a day in the hotel.Breakfast had a huge range to choose from and the dinners too were tasty.

Nothing... i was really happy with everything

    9SarahPosted on: 7-28-2024

Gorgeous view of clear turquoise sea, just seconds away from hotel. Hotel terrace to swimming in 20 seconds.

Location, room service and private beach

Shower and mini bar need to work properly

    6MaryPosted on: 7-7-2024

On the sea with option for pool, beach chairs on the deck or a beach. Nice breakfast.

Our room had no view at all. Faced a stone wall. Very dark. I think with Booking they fill up the unsellable rooms.

Lovely modern rooms, spacious and good aircon and wifi

The pool area is a little outdated
