The view

It was hot! The hotel has the a/c set up at 26.5 C that?s just crazy hot if you want to be at that temp just stay outside where actually it felt cooler than inside

The staff are nice and the hotel has nice views of the sea. They have a shuttle to the airport which is great and the driver waited 2 hours as my flight was delayed which I appreciated. The rooms are big. Breakfast is ok, typical Italian fare.

The window in my room was broken so on an extremely windy night it was like sleeping next to a jet engine. The shower leaks into the granite floor and goes well into the room which is extremely dangerous and I slipped twice nearly injuring myself badly.

The location was in between the zoosafari and the city of Bari.

Bathroom needs new toilet seat and a good clean.

Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. The room was clean, with fresh linen and towels. I think during summertime will be better. The restaurant was very good and affordable, offering delicious local dishes, fresh seafood, and fish. Special thanks to cameriere Lorenzo who helped us to have best experience of Puglian food. The hotel shuttle was very comfortable and available to reach near train station Torre al Mare free of charge.

The room was clean, but the strong smell of cleaning chemicals was overwhelming and triggered an allergic reaction. I asked the housekeeper not to use any chemicals for the rest of my stay.

The location was good for my needs. The lobby was welcoming.

The rooms need updating, especially the bathroom. Every time I showered water would drain everywhere including into the room hall way. I found myself having to clean up water every single time I showered.

The mattress. I was expecting a king mattress but it was two twins together.For a 4 star hotel, it could be better

We needed a room so we could catch the ferry to Dubrovnik the next morning. This hotel is a good choice to be close to Bari without being in Bari where the hotels are expensive and the inner city is pretty rough.

It’s pretty far out of town but if you have your own vehicle, who cares.

It was close to the airport. Staff was very helpful. The airline lost our luggage and the staff provided us with phone chargers. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade our reservation because of our situation.

The service was amazing, and also breakfast, very good. Thank you for all personel at hotel. Made my wife and my daughter's stay very pleasant. They got the help they needed with info, transport, kindeness, so amazing staff. Thank you

It's not a dislike, but more a constructive feed-back, regarding the amenities and rooms which were a bit dated. So not a discnfort or dislike. But i'm sure in the near future a renovation will take place and hotel will be upgraded to more modern.

Too out of the way with nothing within walking distance

Nothing property is small and claustrophobic

The entrance is shabby and worthy of a garage not a residence. To get to the apartment you have to climb 58 steps. Tried to contact the manger but no one replied once they realised I wanted to complain. They should be ashamed of themselves. We are elderly couple and couldn't haul our luggage up so we only stayed on night using an overnight bag. Had to book at a hotel for the rest of stay. I actually expect a refund but they didn't have the courage to speak to me directly.

Clean and comfortable room. Private parking space. Very nice restaurant and bar. Very friendly staff.

Far from the city center

Lovely breakfast spread. Great location near the motorway. Spacious ground floor area. Many lifts.

Same evening menu for the whole stay. The sensor lights in the bedroom waking people up when one goes to the bathroom in the night.
