Pros +
- Close to Pene in Grane and Other Pepe pizza spot, I.e 25 mins :)
- Room was very roomy and comfortable
- The lobby was nice.
Cons -
- This hotel has definitely seen better days. The rooms were clean but extremely dated, and the old carpet honestly skeeved me out. The air conditioning barely worked, so the room was uncomfortably hot at night and made it hard to sleep. The pool area is in dire need of an update, and the food served there was awful, literally the only bad meal (and wine) we had in three weeks in Italy. To make it worse, after paying good money for the stay, we were surprised to be charged €5 per person for pool towels, something we didn’t learn until we were already at the pool, far from our rooms. Why not just include this in the price?Dinner at the hotel was fine overall, but we ordered three filets medium, and all three arrived rare. I’m not sure why they even bothered asking how we wanted them cooked.
- Pool closed earlier than I would have liked
- Dinner was okay, breakfast wasn't as good as I thought it would be based on reviews, location is next to a very busy road and during day heard a lot of honking.

The room was gorgeous and large, bed was great as well. Staff at front desk, bar, dining area were all fantastic!

Lovely Baroque Hotel with free parking just a short 1/2 hr. drive to Pompei Sites.
Loved the lobby (though the chandelier and lights don't illimitate), the spa was AWESOME (extra 30€ but worth it), staff were very helpful, room was spacious and spotless.

Beautiful hotel with super nice staff. Very helpful, especially with transportation assistance. If you're going to the Royal palace, definitely take a taxi! Reasonable rate and will save time and aggravation searching for parking!
What a beautiful property , great pool and amazing food for breakfast ! Room was confortable and spacious! Not to far from the center
Service to get our coffee in the morning was a bit slow , they should provide cups for self service
This extra special property is like a time capsule to an earlier time where ladies and gentlemen served ladies and gentlemen. Yes, Ritz mentality. The craftsmanship of the woodwork and stonework in our bedroom was noteworthy; oh - yes, the lobby and glass chandelier was breathtaking.
It’s possible Google Maps will guide you into the wrong entrance, just be patient, it is worth getting there!
The spa was very relaxing, and the food was delicious. Kind staff too.
Good location and the price
The breakfast and the cleanliness
Facility, service fantastic
Location, beautiful grounds, pool, very relaxing , away from crowds
The hotel is stunning. Breakfast was amazing and had something for everyone! The lobby bar is one of the most impressive spaces I've ever seen and we enjoyed playing cards there eat night with our kids. The pool is gorgeous and the pool bar serves the most tasty food. The staff in every section of the hotel are utterly amazing , so friendly and accomodating and so good at what they do we have zero faults.
The one thing that we would change is the time the pool stopped serving food. While the restaurant i the hotel served the most beautiful Italian food we would have liked a later dinner by the pool with our teenagers some night.
We loved everything. The hotel, the big and comfortable rooms , the style is like a huge palace. The breakfast is great. We will Absoloutly come back . We want to thank specially to Domencio for everything??
First of all, this isn’t your typical hotel, you folks are gonna get absolutely amazed. The entrance shows you how big and elegant the hotel is, really well structured and the style is just clean. Old school just like in the 1750’s, this hotel will take you to an unbelievable trip back in time. The bar is great and very beautiful. The pool is extraordinary and the room was well furnished. Overall 10/10
The pancake machine at the breakfast wasn’t working!!!!!!!
Beautiful property with nice pool.
Area in Caserta was sketchy.
The palace atmosphere was so much fun because we came to Caserta to see the Royal Palace and all of it's splendor. This hotel contributed to our mood. The swimming pool was so much fun with the statue-fountains behind. We had the basic double room that was fine since the hotel lobby, design, pool and Spa were really tops.Breakfast was buffet style, eggs, bacon, salamis, cheese, fruit, and way too many cakes and pastries. We splurged at the spa and loved all of it. Staff were friendly and professional. The saunas and pools with water jets, fountain sprays, and comfortable loungers made for a deeply relaxing afternoon.
The air con in our bedroom was freezing and nobody could adjust it.
Service Rooms. Cleaning nice building
Without a car its a bit complicated
Everything was Wonderful! Beautiful hotel, lovely pool, great breakfast!
The fountains werent running on the property.
staff ...wonderful. there was a. young woman named Ludovica who was exceptional! she went above and beyond to find restaurants and taxis and to give advice. the other staff were also very helpful but she was delightful.
As i came to go to the reggia and parks I did not realize how far I was from the center of town. Normally to me 4.5 km is nothing but this area is NOT walkable. I spent a lot of money on taxis.
