A little too tight around the beds (could barely move in room). An extra 2 square meters wold make a big difference in comfort

The staff were nice. The location was good and there was a covered parking lot behind the hotel which I thought was great.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, so breakfast, for example, was not available.

Firstly the pictures were not accurate at the time of booking. They referred to the sister hotel in Giessen, not this hotel in Linden (8K away). On reaching this hotel, late check-in was supposedly available by computer. Staff availability seems to be very sparse. However this did not work. The system freezes at the point where you enter your passport expiry details. So you end up standing outside at midnight unable to check in. We finally managed it by checking in by mobile phone. (This in itself is a real faff). This problem is mentioned on reviews from two months back. I spoke to staff about it in the morning. She admitted it hadn’t been working for a week, but they had to wait for someone from IT to fix it. The room is basically a basic Ibis hotel, as B&B took it over a few months ago. It’s clean but very basic. No soap to wash your hands. The pillows are absolutely terrible. I ended up folding towels to make a usable pillow. The windows are left open on arrival. Room was freezing. The heating system only blows out cold air.

Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, free parking.

Shower and sink are in the same room as the bed. With bunk bed the room looked more like dormitory than hotel. It is overpriced for the service.

I had stayed in this hotel some 6 years prior….chosen for its closeness to my route of travel…safe, clean, straightforward….used by many tradespeople which is a sign of good value and safe location…no problems

Nothing to dislike

Very clean and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Location was a little odd, but quiet.

I like the keyless entry and bunk bed design as I have a child that loves the bunk and it gets him out of our hair.

It felt like the room did not have a thorough or fresh clean to it. No outright dirtyness, but just casually playing around the room got my son covered in white stuff. Honestly not much to complain about as the hotel met our intentions.

Good location with close autobahn proximity, reasonable price, good breakfast and welcoming personnel

Nice and cosy room, hot shower with toilet in seperate room, very friendly staff, comfortabel bed, quiet place, not too far from the A5, hot and cold drinks machine with good coffee and nice beer.

there were spider webs all over the room , cleanliness should be given importance . insects were flying in the room

Quiet

Some cleaning lady came at 8 am and started knocking at all the doors asking when people are leaving so she can clean the rooms. Obviously she wanted to go home early. Since the checkout is 12 i expect nobody will bother me until then. Very bad experience in this aspect.

It could have been a bit cleaner for my liking. But nothing too major.

It was very clean and quiet. There were lots of shops around.

Not that I didn't like it but it was a bit of a shock that the shower cubicle opened into the room. The room was very small.

We did not expect outstanding accommodation. It is a budget hotel and baring this in mind the hotel met our expectations. The room was very small and at the same time very functional and ergonomic. Every piece of space was utilised in some reasonable way.

Have parked my brand new car on hotel parking to find out in the morning that there are cigarettes leftovers on car's roof.
