Hotel Terme Providence

The hotel is very nice with it's pools, terraces with amazing views and friendly stuff. We loved our room which had a huge terrace overlooking the bay and had a great sunset view. The beach down the hotel was very plesant and we could use a free shuttle to Forio and Poseidon thermal spa. If you want to walk (or the timetable is not good for you) it's 20 minutes walking in each direction. This didn't bother us because we liked this quiet location but it may be an issue for someone. with small kids or mobility problems. We would definitely come back again.

The only thing that shocked us were the prices of drinks and food in the hotel. We ate at various nice restaurants for 5 days and had only one dinner at the hotel, which was good but definitely not worth the price we paid.

The location of the hotel is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and offers many choices, but it skews sweet like most Italian breakfast does. The pool is fantastic. The room is large enough, as is the bathroom, and we were upgraded to a sea view which was great.

The bed is VERY firm, to the point of being uncomfortable at times.

The location is perfect! The pools are great! The breakfast is amazing!The local wine is very good and worth trying. And homemade jam?The girl at the reception was an outstanding professional ( multilingual, knowledgeable and extremely helpful ❤️). And the host ( Maria) provides the guests with very useful advice, which really helps make the stay comfortable and feel cosy.

The bar is definitely overpriced except the local wine. No additional towels for the pool, no bathrobe, no slippers( in the 4-star hotel(Actually, they are given for additional fees in the spa , which we got to know by chance(

Amazing hotel with beautiful garden, thermal and freshwater pools. Very clean. Staff is very attentive. Breakfast was good. There is an option to have lunch or dinner, by reservation and which I would highly recommend- appetizers, main course and desert was delicious!

The music in the lounging area was a bit too loud. But as soon as we let the management know, the music was turned down.

Good breakfast for gluten free, lots of choice. Lovely staff who were very helpful.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The view is second to none and the food was of a good standard.

We were blessed with some of the best staff at our previous hotel which highlighted the language barrier at this hotel. Otherwise the staff were helpful and tried hard to please us.

The cold and hot pools were great. The balcony was spacious and nice. The location facing west was great. Staff was pleasant but more English would have been appreciated. Rossa at spa was great!

The room was tiny. The breakfast , while it looked great, was only ok. Same for dinner, looked great but taste sub par. Too many cakes and sweets. The a/c was barely passable. We were by far youngest, avg age was 75.

Position, sea view room, swimming pool and jakuzi.

Breakfast was quite poor, big choice of sweets but not a lot of salty options; Lunch at the restaurant wasn’t good. Wi-fi didn’t work properly.

Everything! Was the height of luxury and we were treated like royalty. The pool was beautiful & the staff were attentive and helpful. Stunning room with a terrace overlooking the sea. Couldn’t have asked for more

the facilities are excellent, very clean, the views from the rooms as well as common areas are stunning. The staff are so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make sure your stay in these perfect surroundings exceeds all you could expect. Oh and the food is really good as well.

Maria, the owner, and her staff are incredibly nice. The warm seawater waterfall pool and the other pools were great. the food was good. There was really no need to leave the hotel.

I was in a cool room but next to the elevator (which I appreciate), so I kept hearing the ping of the elevator. minor thing and really happy that they had an elevator!

Staff super friendly and always available for questions, requests and suggestions. The room was big, clean, with a very nice garden. The hotel has two swimming pool [plus one indoor] and an amazing terrace with parasols, deckchair and a wonderful view of the sea of ischia: unforgettable. The Hotel Terme Providence is located in a very good position: 15 minutes walking to reach the Poseidon and 15 minutes walking to reach the center of Forio. The staff -on demand- provided also transfer from and to Forio.

Our stay in the Hotel Terme Providence has been marvelous: it is really difficult to find something not perfect. In our room the Wi-Fi was not always super performing. But the Wi-Fi in common areas was perfect.The double bed was two single beds joined together, and a bit hard: comfort could have been better

The hotel is really lovely! Staff (a big family) there are super friendly and enthusiastic, always willing to help on any problems we had. they also organised a variety of events everyday. The Sunday disco is a good fun! Facilities are also very good, like a thermal pool there, and the shower is really strong and comfy.The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning. We had a really impressive stay there and will definitely come back again!highly recommend.

it was too cold in the room -the air conditioner is set automatically so it’s impossible to adjust it by yourself regarding your needs.

Exceptional location, great restaurant, comfortable room, relaxing pools. We will definitely return next year.

Amazing place, very friendly stuff , good breakfast . Hotel is very close to the thermal baths ( must visit!) although you also have thermal pool on the hotel. Shuttle available to go to the city.

Some rooms don’t have internet , but you have it in the main area
