Hotel Europa

The room was nice, the AC worked quiet and well, the room was clean, the view was great, the breakfast and dinner were a bit basic but completely OK. The bus stop is nearby, and the Aragon Castle is very close.

I would say that if you came to enjoy the sea and the beach, then this hotel is not the best option. Also, ferry port is not so close: being with luggage, you should take a cab or a local bus.

Excellent location and service. Breakfast was perfect as was the cappuccino! I would go back any time.

I arrived at 9 p.m. when dinner service was finishing, but they prepared a lovely delicious meal of fish, pasta and salad for me. There was also an open view of nature, trees and the distant sea and partial view of the Castle Aragonese from my room.

We loved the thermo pool. I spent a lot of time in pool

price of evening meal was a little expensive. Cheaper to eat else where. Breakfast was included in room price and was really good.

Excellent breakfast, fresh handmade bakery goodies to die for! The hotel has friendly staff, a great location, and is close to the city center and the castle. We couldn't enjoy the thermal pool because it was raining :(

Cozy room, not as big as we would prefer, but not unusual for Europe

Well located, close to the amazing castle and nearby the beach and nice restaurants.The building is not new but very well maintained, super clean and with all we needed. Breakfast really tasty and with a lot of choices.The thermal pool is also a gift after the exhausting day.The staff is one of the friendliest and nicest we ever had in a hotel, always with a smile on their face and willing to help. They also managed to rent a motorbike for us.I would 100% recommend it and go back if I ever visit ischia again.

Lovely family run hotel, had everything we needed and in an awesome location. So good with the restaurant as well.

The staff were amazing! Very helpful and their people skills were outstanding. Even with me not having Italian they would make sure to answer questions. The location was great, You had a short walk to lots of choices in restaurants. The Hotel was close to bus transportation. Flat walking in most areas near the hotel The iconic Castle was so convenient to walk to.

Unfortunately the Wi Fi was not responding well. Think one can understand in an older building with thick walls , perhaps some areas did get better reception.

Cute hotel with really friendly staff. Dinner is nice for the price if you get it with half board.

We didn't take the half board so they charged us 25€/person for dinner. And it's not worth it for that amount.

Friendly and helpful staff, perfect location close to the castle and city center. Amazing breakfast with a lot of choices, warm thermal swimming pool with rest area. Highly recommend this place.

Smell from the bathroom, it was clean and everything, the reason is I think some problems with the sewage.

Hotel run by a family. They were extremely friendly, helpful with questions, offered dinners to make decisions easy, offered a boat excursion. Love that hotel!!!

Location is great, about 20 minutes walk from the port and 5 minutes walk to the castle.

This felt like a home away from home. Everyone was super friendly from reception staff to the cleaners. Also gives you a real appreciation of the hard work that goes into running a family hotel!! The selection of wine was superb from a good bottle to the house wine (which is incredibly cheap!)The dinner was so tasty, varied every evening , good value for money and huge servings.

Mosquitoes but you get used to them..
