Grand Hotel Il Moresco

The property was very beautiful with a relaxing pool and garden. The dining facilities were diverse with indoor and outdoor options, and the food, was delicious. Our room was spacious and very well appointed. The staff were kind and attentive.

The Grand Hotel II Moresco is a beautiful hotel! With impeccable service! All the staff could not do enough for you! Thank you! Location is perfect..we did not eat dinner there, however, the breakfast was very good! I know I will return to Ischia and the Moresco is where we will stay!

All was wonderful

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was excellent — the staff was always friendly and attentive. The piano bar every evening was a great touch, really set a nice, relaxing vibe. I especially loved the thermal spa services, they were definitely the highlight for me. The hotel itself is a bit on the older side, but that just adds to its charm. It feels like stepping back in time in a really nice way. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

Location, early checkin, cleanness

Single room is really small and the shower was not working properly. I believe it is a room with low rotation but should have the proper maintenance.

Great service . Several pools to choose from or beach area. Excellent service . Breakfast was a big spread so we skipped lunch most days. It was also walking distance from a lot of shopping dining and the bridge to the castle and that area. We did not take advantage of the spa services but they seem to have an excellent selection of services . Would highly recommend.

It is a bit pricey .

Love hotel Il Moresco. She is a beauty. The staff: check in, restaurant, pool, spa and housekeeping were all wonderful.

There were not enough deck chairs at the beach club. Could hear the room next doors phone alarm go off two mornings in a row.

No direct access to the sea, you have cross the street to reach the private beach. Haven’t properly tried it since it was too hot.

Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and all excellent.Pool bar had great food and the service from the team there was excellent.

Room didn't match photos and description on booking.com app (bed was situated on a mezzanine floor and no hot tub).Room had access to private roof terrace but this was made unusable due to adjacent construction site (photos attached)Unable to use hotel restaurant for Dinner as hotel policy was mandatory trousers for men which was not communicated on booking.com app or hotel websiteRoom service was only available during set Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meal times which proved inconvenientAlthough hotel does offer shuttle service to / from the port, this was not communicated on hotel website, so we needlessly arranged for a private transfer from the port

Everything was amazing! Simple as that. Pietro and team were phenomenal.

No iron or steamer. Can’t because of wattage issue?

(Oops, I think I put a review for another hotel we stayed at on here in error sorry!)We loved everything about Grand Hotel Il Moresco!It was so luxurious and it felt such a treat to be there. The surroundings and location were perfect. A short stroll to the gorgeous private beach with super cafe which served a delicious lunch - amazing pizza! - and a short stroll in the other direction to the town. All the staff were charming. We had to swap rooms, no fault of the hotel and Salvatore went over and above to help with this. The rooms were lovely, with traditional fixtures and fittings and wonderful coloured tiles. We loved our balcony. Everywhere was very clean and there were some nice touches for turn down and morning room service. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. Plenty of beautiful seating areas dotted around both inside and out. The pools! We particularly enjoyed the grotto pool which was perfect for relaxing in and a wonderful temperature. The amin pool great too and everywhere felt calm and spacious. Plenty of loungers!We will definitely return to this gorgeous hotel! Thank you to all the great staff.

Very good location, great breakfast

Didn’t care for walking around with the towels for the Pool and spa area. They should provide one at each location and change for the dry one when needed.As 5 star hotel should.Hotel has its own private beach with towel’s which is a big plus .

stay at this hotel was wonderful. The hotel is clean and authentically beautiful, surrounded by stunning nature. It's just a minute's walk to the private beach. But what stood out the most was the people. Everyone, from the staff to the waiters, was incredibly attentive and kind. The waiters, in particular, took great care in the hotel restaurant (highly recommend ) , and you could tell it came from the heart. It was a lovely experience. in the evenings they played the piano on the terrace . definitely would love to come back

Great spa and thermal area, great location! They have their own beach. The staff at the reception, spa and restaurant is great and well trained.The gardens are wonderful and the rooms spacious!

The air conditioning unit was a little bit noisy.
