Beautiful hotel with beautiful views room 107 . Exceptional staff all around. Having the shuttle made all the difference to get to town. Dino, the driver was brilliant. I would recommend this hotel with breakfast. It would be nice to have other fruit choices such as melon(s) Easy to get a bus to the port to your next destination.

The different pools where nice, and the breakfast was also really good.

The 2 things that i could complain about are the shower which is a little bit small (taking into account that I'm 1,88 m it wasn't the best experience). And the other thing is that it has a lot of stairs which could lead to a problem.

The view was amazing. Thermal pool, the breakfast and the staff make this hotel a truly memorable experience.Located on 2 bus lines and the hotel run a shuttle bus.Very easy to get around the Island.

Rooms were a bit smaller than I had hoped.

I would really recommend this hotel for a vacation in Ischia, especially if you desire a calm and quiet place and atmosphere. It is suitable for families, but also for couples. The rooms are spacious, they should be renovated, but for now, you have everything you need. The breakfast is diverse and delicious. What I liked the most were the pools. You can also enjoy some spa treatments which are extra charge.There is a parking for cars, but scooters can be rented at this hotel,too.

You have to climb many stairs to carry your luggage.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was helpful and always ready to assist. We especially appreciated the excellent food – the chef and waiter did a great job. The dining was of a high standard, and the service was very professional. The accommodation met our expectations, the rooms were clean and well-equipped. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely love to come

Beds could be larger.

The stunning surroundings, the location was breathtakingly beautiful and the therma pools were amazing. The staff were always very friendly and happy to help.

It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, to keep some water chilled and food in.The shower was not great, fixed on the wall with a shower curtain, perhaps this is standard in Ischia and not just this hotel.

Breakfast was superb as was our room with that fabulous view,the 2 swiimming pools, fresh water pool.and 2 hot pools. Bar tab kept for all drinks to pay on checkout . Staff are so friendly. The place is kept immaculately

Hotel reached by public bus and shuttle bus so planning needed when going out. Brilliant to have the Ischia bus going back after 10pm. No fridge in the room to keep water cold. Couldn't spontaneously order a cooked snack as lunch and dinner had to be pre booked

The hotel was wonderful, the location as well. A very beautiful view of both the top and the sea. The staff was very kind and everything was in order. The breakfast was very tasty and very varied. Everything in the complex was on a level! Thank you for a wonderful experience and good luck!

The resort was really nice place to relax, it has free pools and many chill spots. Staff was always helpful. They provide free transport to the nearby city which was super convinient.

Beautiful view. Lovely range of pools and loads of Sun loungers and places to sit outside to admire the view.Staff were so helpful with all our queries - directions, booking activities, travel plans.Breakfast was nice.Nice selection of drinks.Free shuttle service up & from nearest towns.

Nice location, lovely view to the sea. Several pools, including mineral pools.

There are no lifts, which is a bit of a problem. This is very much a family resort, so the pool areas can be noisy.

Amazing service from the hotel staff. Went above & beyond to help my locate my rucksack that I left on sorrento. Very friendly . Woukd definitely return.

Everything was great. There were great views and the beds were very good. The free shuttle to town was also a great plus considering the distance to town.

The breakfast was not the most extensive.

The staff at Resort Villa Flavio are the friendliest. They make you feel at home :) The breakfast was tasty and had a variety. The most amazing thing was the free shuttle service to the central spots (Lacco Ameno and Casamicciola). We found it really convenient, given the island was very steep to walk.

The rooms are a bit old, but other than that, they were very clean.

Absolutely beautiful location and welcoming staff. The pools and views were lovely - the shuttle bus was a bonus to get around the island. Would have loved to stay another day and will most definitely stay here again should we ever have the opportunity. Just a wonderful location and Ischia is absolutely beautiful

The bathroom was a little small and awkward to use

The room was spacious and nice, the one thing I didn’t like was that we lived further down from the reception and WiFi coverage was really bad, had to use mobile internet during the whole stay or go to the reception area where it was working well.

Hotel amenities were brilliant, plenty of pools to choose from with a great view while eating breakfast. Shuttle bus handy and bus stop just outside hotel. All staff apart from one manager were friendly and easy to deal with. Massage was good with good price, wish it was longer.

Room was small and shower extremely claustrophobic, old shower curtain constantly touching you as barely enough room to stand. One of the hotel managers was very dismissive when we asked about possibility of changing room.
