Staff was excellent, they all try to make out stay memorable. Hotel employee at breakfast to hotel employee at front desk everyone was welcoming and willing to help.

Hotel is a bit old, but overall was clean and service was great..

Very good location, very central

Not accessible, very dated the rooms were tiny with barely enough room for two people to move around. The shower was extra tiny almost childlike. More importantly the nightly entertainment went on until 12:30, which would be ok if it was good, but honestly it was pretty sad cover songs

Good value for money, it’s not a super fancy hotel but we did not expect that so our expectations were aligned. Good variety on breakfast. The beds and bedding were excellent, facilities are a little bit old but still overall clean and exactly what you need. Only about 10 min to the port and very well located in the town for shops and restaurants.

There’s some construction right now but was fine for us because we were awake early.

There was no kettle for making tea and coffee or glasses for wine in the room. Also the WiFi was weak in the room.

It's a hospital, it's not a hotel. Totally disappointed, at a luxury hotel price, it looks horrible, the furniture is old and of poor quality, the smell in this hotel is old. I'm not talking about the bathrooms, so small that you can't actually move in the shower.

I didn't like the hotel because it is outdated, for the current conditions. It has luxury prices and you don't even have a refrigerator in the room. Everything is archaic, it looks like a sanatorium

There was a wide choice for breakfast and the products were fresh and handmade.

Great location, spacious room with balcony, fresh towels daily. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Giuseppe with his advices. We would definitely recommend this hotel, looking forward to stay here again

The location was great, very pleasant staff, willing to help you anytime. They upgraded for free our room for themselves for a room with super nice balcony to the terrace. The breakfast was excellent and super organized.

Very nice hotel, well located just a few blocks from the Port. The bed was comfortable and the showers had good pressure. The breakfast had options for everyone!! And the staff was helpful and detailed info. They let me do the check-in in the morning.

The room was very bright (which is good!), but it did not have blackouts. The dawn sun comes in at 5am and can be annoying if you are a light sleeper. Bring an eye mask!

Facilities were very good with excellent, efficient and friendly staff. The location was very convenient for beach and town. Nice clean Hotel. My missing laptop was found by local police and forwarded to me by priority post to my next location!

The location as well as the premises is very nice. The room is perfectly clean, washroom is tidy. The staff is very cooperative and dedicated. The breakfast is yummy!

I liked everything.

Location was perfect, rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent especially Giovanni who was so friendly and makes an amazing americano. The guy on front desk also very helpful with suggestions (forget his name) but he knows.

Ermando made our stay extra special. His hospitality and professionalism is unmatched. Hotel is in a great location and has everything we needed. We will definitely stay again. Ermando is the best!
