Room where very small ¿¿ should provide pool towels and a list breakfast for the price .and the roof pool can be better set up.

Location and staff was friendly and helpful

Good space. Apartment was large, the size and number of balconies were impressive. Was nice having two bathrooms and a washing machine. Only stayed one night, but it was convenient to the train station.

Excellent hotel, ideally situated to explore Ischia. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Close to lots of small bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend

Gorgeous view, nice rooms & great location

Pool was a funny colour & there was not much breakfast choice. Hot food was not refilled the 2 mornings we were there.

Perfect central location, very close to the ferry. The rooftop pool area was a great place to relax (we went in low season). Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The only downside was the loud music coming up from the quayside at night.

Location is great. Hotel is clean and staff helpful.

Hotel lacked any atmosphere. The bar and communal areas were dead. Jacuzzi pool not switched on. Indoor pool closed. Also the beds are hard! We had a room with no balcony which felt cramped. Also our air con broke down 3 nights in a row. Staff did all they could to help us though and gave good advice about thungs to do in the area.

Very central. Close to beaches, the port and many restaurants and bars. Perfect location! The view from the roof top pool was great. Everything was clean and air con was good etc. the room was very basic but functioned for us.

The shower! The pressure was strange. And the hose was lose so it kept falling down and moving around. The drain was blocked so the shower base kept filling up. We were only there for a short stay so never bothered to complain about it. It was manageable! But if we had been there a week it would have been annoying.

The staff was super Nice and helpfull! Very close to the beach!

Check-out time is too early (10.00am) for that class of hotel Breakfast could be improved, especially with respect to cheese, sausage ecc

Fantastic location on the harbour and the restaurants are very close. Clean and tidy, rooftop pool very relaxing.

A bit noisy with the bars playing music until the early hours

Location was great. Right on the port.

Mould in the bathroom, wifi in the room did not work. I went to reception on the first night we stayed and they said there was nothing they could do at that moment and to go back to my room. Brought the issue up again on check out and they said we were lying and that I did not come to reception. Customer service was lacking in check out as staff were constantly speaking over my wife and I, being disrespectful and rude. Not understanding of the situation.

Location is excellent, but noisy at night. Staff was very friendly.

We booked the two-bed room with seaview, but we received four-bed room with one glass only. It was a little weird. Also the breakfest did not match the four-star hotel standard.

Excellent location. 2 minutes walk from ferry. Lovely pool, and great air conditioning in the rooms. Staff was very friendly.

A great seafront location, We had a lovely sea facing room on the first floor. The room was lovely and clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great Italian style breakfast and the staff very friendly. There was a lovely sun terrace on the roof which always had beds available to relax for a few hours and it had an excellent view of the sunset.

Although our room was very large, it lacked some comfortable seating. The hotel had no bar or snacks available at any time, it would have been nice to enjoy a drink watching the sunset on the roof terrace.

Perfect location with amazing views. Lovely breakfast. Everyone really helpful and friendly. Great room - spacious and very clean with a really comfy bed and powerful shower. Roof terrace was great for relaxing, sunset view and a dip in the pool.

Luca the receptionist was fantastic! he had so many recommendations for me and my partner in ischia. he was so helpful and friendly and welcoming.

I loved all of it!
