Strand Hotel Delfini

The experience was really unforgettable, unexpected and a disappointment. We had Zero hotel service and disgusting cleaning status. The hotel was fully closed due to low season . We received keys from room And hotel entrance !!! Used shampoo and clothes

The hotel restaurant is very overpriced!!. Most expensive pasta prices I¿ve seen so far in my life! The restaurant prices do not suite the hotel prices. Breakfast is the same everyday and very minimal. Only 1 type of fruit!

The hotels location and beach areas were the greatest attributes to the Hotel. Amazing views!

Lack of overall care for the property. Room was dusty, floor dirty, and fixtures in restroom tarnished. Our family room came with a jacuzzi outside but was down. Hotel staff weren¿t bothered to make it right. Everything was nickel and dimed.

The view is spectacular, room is comfortable and clean, we saw the amazing sun rise from our room balcony. Staffs are very friendly.

View was great, room was great, staff and location was awesome.

The AC was not working caused us to sleep with windows open and my son got bit a lot by mosquitos. They attempted to fix for a couple of days however it never got fixed.

The beds and view are spectacular.

The breakfast could use an upgrade, including the coffee machine. Very basic food options. The thermal spa area needs upgrading.

Absolutely STUNNING view! The staff were so amazing and helpful and a really great breakfast. The room was spacious and all the amenities were great. It’s about a 35 min walk/ 9 minute drive to the port but definitely worth the walk. If you’re wanting calm and beautiful views this is the place.

Stunning views, nice layout, excellent bruschetta and Hugo Spritz! Nice dinners with friendly atmosphere. A little removed but enjoyed the location. Great water taxi.

One pool was closed for repairs but maybe due to floods. Would like to have more choices at snack bar, floaties for swimming in sea, safer access to water, more suggestions/options for things to do.

The property is far better than the photos show. It’s a gigantic resort right on the water. It’s very beautiful and relaxing. There are two restaurants and the breakfast. There’s two pools and the beach access. The food was so authentic and delicious. We stayed three nights… there was too much to see right there at the hotel but if you want to pop into town you can just order a cute little water taxi to take you from the back deck. So convenient.

We didn’t understand the hours of the restaurant on the property so we weren’t able to eat there.

Views were amazing! Room was newly updated-loved the tiles, the private balcony, good size bathroom, fridge in room, decor was lovely-very Southern Italian, beds very comfortable with 100% cotton sheets. We had an excellent stay. Beach chairs and decking was perfect. Swim area was amazing-so beautiful and sheltered from waves, easy access from wooden stairs, and clean-very very nice, we swam all day. Never wanted to leave the hotel!!! Very good for families and kids. Very easy to access the 2 towns nearby with bus, boat taxi and taxi. Continental breakfast was very good with the normal Italian offerings: eggs, cakes, cereals, fruits, cured meats, juices and cafe.

Restaurants were just OK, but sufficient for lunch.

I really liked the design of the lobby — it was modern but warm, with lots of natural wood accents.

I loved that the hotel offered a full breakfast, and it was always fresh. The selection was simple but enough to start the day.

I paid less than expected and got more than I hoped for — the room was spacious, spotless, and had a small sitting area.

Everything looked and felt new — the paint, the floors, even the curtains hung without dust or wear.

I didn’t have to wait during check-in or check-out. Everything was organized, and they even remembered my name.

The views were absolutely stunning, and the service from Victoria, Pino, and Rocco truly made the experience unforgettable—they were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond!

The property is currently under construction, and many of the amenities listed on the website were either unavailable or came with unexpected charges. The information online was a bit misleading and didn’t reflect the current condition of the hotel. It’s clear this was once a beautiful, sought-after destination, but now it feels a bit neglected and in need of care and attention. Additionally, communication was challenging as most of the staff didn’t speak English—thankfully my sister speaks Italian, and Victoria was incredibly helpful with Spanish, which made a big difference.

There was a slight issue with the heating on my first night, but the technician came within 20 minutes and fixed it professionally. The room warmed up quickly afterward and was very comfortable.

Hotel was in construction, no AC in the room (it was so warm all night and I was dissatisfied about the fact that the picture on booking is not really what the hotel looked like. You can’t use the yellow outside part! Is not part of the hotel.

The room had a simple yet fresh look, and I could tell some of the furniture had been recently updated. The bed was comfortable, the sheets smelled clean, and there were plenty of power outlets, which I always appreciate when traveling with multiple devices.
