Cons -
- That we had to pay for the use of bathrobes. They should be included in price for overnight stays.
- It wasn’t near other restaurants or shopping. You had to eat with them and it wasn’t cheap.
- There is no air conditioning in the rooms. It says “Air conditioning” on Booking.com but there is no air in room. The noise is also a problem. We also asked for a “No Smoking” room & we were put in a smoking room & next to people smoking.

The food for dinner & breakfast was good. The decor& views were nice.

A lot was available for us. Food , entertainment, balcony.
Our room was not in main building.
Gorgeous property! Beautiful views, pool La were outstanding, rooms well appointed and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Be mindful that the beach is a walk or shuttle away. Also, transportation to a from the main parts of town can be tricky if you don’t have a car and you’re not organized well. However, the bus is fairly easy to take from the stop near the property.
Let cation, breakfast and thermal pools were fabulous. Close to beach and Forio
Showers very small
The place was great! They upgraded our room to a suite and it has a really amazing view. Staffs were accommodating and the breakfast was also good.
Accomodation in beautiful locality, warm pools and comfortable rooms...
The view from the room was very beautiful, the thermal pools were very nice, staff were helpful.
The food was… bad. We went to the hotel’s dinner, because there were no other options to eat at this time of year. And most of dishes tasted like nothing. They took our passports and said we can take them back in 10min. After 40 minutes they still weren’t done with them. It left an unpleasant feeling.
The location is amazing with a view of the med. The staff was exceptional and the termae pools are so lovely. We loved the outdoor & indoor pools which have hot water flowing into both. Also, the breakfast, lunch, & dinner were delicious.
The only improvement I would suggest would be coffee in the room or a coffee bar that was open before 7:30. We wanted coffee earlier then the breakfast time at 7:30.
My room was clean and had a nice view.
The bed was not that comfortable, it had an odd non breathable bedsheet of some sort. I wish the walking trail to the beach area had been open.
Great thermal outside and inside pool. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable.
The breakfast buffet with little options, a lot of sweets and few healthy options.
Beautiful island within walking distance to the Poseidon gardens.
I didn’t like that my room was not close to the main building of the property.
Good location if you don't want to be right in the centre of Forio. Bus stop right outside which made it easy to get into Forio and also visit other parts of the island. Nice pool and pool bar, and the small gym was a bonus. Room was cleaned daily. Nice view of the coastline.
The reception staff. Maybe it had been a long season or something but I was surprised at how unfriendly they were. Anytime we approached with a question we were made to feel like an inconvenience. I can honestly say that not one of them cracked a smile across the week we were there and honestly, the wait staff weren't great either.Shout out for the house-keepers and bell boys who were very helpful and pleasant compared to the more customer-facing staff.
location
Dirty rooms full of insects, very unhelpful staff. We mentioned twice that the room was dirty and we found insects in our bed they changed us the room on the second warning. We experienced the same in the new room. Not a single apology just a very automated way to treat customers. Food was also stale and cheap, not the quality you’d expect from a 4 stars. Avoid at all costs as Ischia is such a beautiful island it’s a shame to ruin your holidays
The outdoor pools were really nice - they were open 24 hours and temperature of the water was just right neither warm nor cold.
Breakfast was poor for such a hotel.Staff especially at main reception were sometimes not as helpful as they should be
This felt like paradise, the location and the views were amazing. The pools didn't seem to be thermal, but I liked that because there was a heatwave and it meant I was able to use the pool. The food from the snack bar for lunch was great, and even when they stopped doing lunch there were still options for snacks that could be eaten as lunch and I liked having that freedom. There was always a sunbed we could use and we didn't really leave the resort which was not like us
The aircon in the room was not powerful enough, it meant it took a little while to get comfortable. Although I think that is only a problem when there is extreme heat which we did have. The restaurant onsite was not great, it wasn't bad, I just would have liked it to be amazing, because I go to Italy to eat!
The facilities were fantastic with fitness and spa inclusions. Views from the restaurants onsite were breathtaking.
The cooling just wasn’t cool enough, the room didn’t get below 25 degrees, and was a centralised system so we were told to not touch the thermostat or it wouldstop working all together.
