It was very close to the ferry and it was very clean

Half board. Plenty to eat but food cold, salmon tasteless.

A beautiful hotel located close to the Ferry terminal. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the breakfasts were more than sufficient catering for a wide variety of tastes. The spa facilities are also worth a mention, lovely and relaxing.

Perfect location with views of the picturesque port from rooms balcony. Good breakfast and very helpful staff.In house spa facility was appreciated. Very close to restaurants and bars for evening meals.

The Aragona Palace is great, with a super location that is walking distance from the Ferry. There are plenty of restaurants, and sightseeing is nearby as well. All kinds of transportation to other places of interest is very close to hotel. The main shopping street Via Roma is around the corner for those beautiful walks. The breakfast at the hotel is decent, but the front desk service was exceptional with Elena and Martina being very accommodating and super knowledgeable about everything the hotel and the Island of Ischia has to offer. Special thank you to Elena and Martina for making our stay unforgettable!

The location was 5 minutes to the port and as soon as you walk out the door, all your restaurants are right there. The view from the room was gorgeous and the staff are super nice. The rooms are clean and there was a variety for breakfast. No complaints! I will book this property again next May.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the pillows a little thin but you can request more.

Extremely clean, food great and staff top notch

The property is in an excellent location close to the harbour. The staff without exception were friendly, polite and professional. The roof terrace was a very pleasant surprise, it just keeps going up and up the hillside and the views are wonderful. Breakfast was of a very good quality with a plentiful choice. The building is also very solidly built, which made for an excellent sleep - you could not hear the people in other rooms or corridors.

The room decor is a bit dated, although of good quality.

The location is ideal because it is nest to the Port. It is an easy walk after departing the ferry. The personnel are quite friendly and will assist you with your questions. I have stayed here 2 years in a row and if I return, I will stay again. It is an understated hotel that is most comfortable and convenient. The breakfast is expansive. Although I did not prefer some of the items, there was always enough choices to create a meal of your liking. Spa services are excellent. The pool although small has a great view of the marina. The pool was never crowded either year.

The staff was helpful and most accomodating. The thermal pool was relaxing!

Ideal for those with sweet tooth, but would appreciate if there were more options for non-confectionaries for breakfast.

Located very close to the port/marina which suited our ferry hopping holiday.The hotel offered everything you needed. The pool on the roof was nice.Lots of bars and restaurants close by, and a shopping street with some beautiful and different clothes, shoes bags etc..A balcony overlooking the marina/port was great for watching the ferry’s at work!Breakfast was enough for us. Cereals, fruit, yogurt, cakes, croissants, breads, jams, scrambled eggs, hot dogs and bacon.Luigi who worked in the bar was great at remembering our order/drinks and room number.

The marina/port side is noisy. There is a bar opposite which plays loud pop music. They didn’t consider turning it down as it got late so you could hear the thumping bass.Too many sun beds around the pool made it feel rather crowded and difficult to navigate to the bar. The bar wasn’t continually staffed so there could be a little wait before you got a drink or snack.It would be nice to have a small table on the balcony for drinks & to play cards.The wicker sofas in the downstairs terrace were really uncomfortable as they didn’t have a back cushion so really hard to lean back against.

Wifi was poor in the room and can only access in the bathroom and front door to our room and the foyer. Very outdated rooms and an abundance of mosquitos within complex. Breakfast offerings were not good with the exception of fruit. Coffee was horrible
