- room was big enough and so was the double size bed. location was also good.
- The staff was exceptional -- the kindness and attentiveness of the staff (from the pool life guards and barmen, to the front desk staff) was a 5 star deluxe.

- The hotel was indicated as a 5 star -- there is NO WAY this was a 5 star hotel. The room was small, there was black mould in the bathroom, the bed was awful -- bent in the middle, woke with a sore back every day. The BREAKFAST WAS AWFUL. There was eggs, but not bacon, instead of bacon HOT DOGS! The coffee machines were horrific.
