    • Overall the location of the hotel was wonderful and all the staff was very welcoming and gentle. The thermal pool was amazing to chill with lots of space to walking around the lobby, the garden and the terrace. To finish what I starve for was the divinal breakfast every morning, very very good with lots of food and different coffee style's.
    • The staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool area was great and there were great options at breakfast. The bus stop is just outside which made traveling around the island without a car much easier than we expected.
    • Beautiful spot, pool and area was nice, breakfast included, dinner can be purchased as well, friendly, helpful staff.

    Cons -

    • I just didn't like two main things principally at night it was the sound of the flushing water in the floors above my bedroom and the mosquito bites. In my opinion I think that is something to improve about this situations that I presence during my stay at the hotel.
    • Towels provided for the swim pool needed and swim cap requirement questionable.
    • Bathrooms need an urgent makeover

Helpful staff, good climate, a cool hall with nice lounge music. Exceptional garden, breathtaking views of Panza and of the see.

The closing hours of the bar and of the pool might be extended to 22.00.

Our stay at this BnB in Ischia was nothing short of exceptional! The property is stunning, with a gorgeous pool that felt like our own private oasis, perfect for relaxing after exploring the island. The entire staff was simply amazing: warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel like cherished guests rather than just visitors. They even arranged to have rented mopeds delivered to our doorstep. The desire to accommodate our every need was AMAZING! Best staff ever! Breakfast was an incredible spread with so much variety that every morning felt like a feast. Fresh fruit, pastries, local specialties, and more… they truly outdid themselves in both quality and choice. The atmosphere was relaxed yet refined, and every little detail was taken care of with thoughtfulness and care. This place is a perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and genuine service. We left feeling refreshed, spoiled, and already planning our return!

Having to leave, I wish we would’ve stayed in Ischia and here at this BnB our entire trip, I miss it already!

The staff members were good to us. The property is correct. We've got a parking place near the entrance and that's convenient. The breakfast was included and descent. The swimming pool wasn't big but fair enough for the hotel.

As we had many luggage to bring in, the hotel didn't provide a luggage assistance. As for the rooms, they are not well soundproof and we could hear neighbour's talk when they are speaking loud.

It was clean, nice decor, bus stop was very close, the staff was very helpful, it was nice that it had a thermal pool and air conditioning in the room. We loved the breakfast in the morning especially the red velvet cupcakes and the fresh orange juice maker. It was a nice touch that there were games in the lobby area to play.

Not very walkable, but bus stop close by makes up for that. The shower was too small.

Room is very nice, well maintained, even we got a room that the balcony faces the sun and we can see bits of the sea view, but overall is good, the hotel’s staffs are very friendly and helpful with information, we chose this location coz we want to get away from people, and we like it very much, we found there’s more things to discover like secret coastline just 25 minutes walks from the hotel, communities there are lovely, swimming pool is nice but a bit crowded during the day in summer time, receptionist offered us that we can spend time at swimming pool even we checked out and wait to board the furry back to Napels that is very nice service of the hotel that give a plus star for them

Policy of wearing swim cap or buy one before going in, I think the hotel can notice this on the hotel’s info to let clients knows, but if you bring your own cap buying one from the hotel is mandatory,

The property was a little gem in a hideaway so quiet and tranquil and away from all the noise.

The staff were so so friendly especially the manager and the bar staff. The breakfast was fantastic with a wonderful selection of foods. The swimming pool area was lovely and the hot spring in the pool was lovely too and the chairs around the pool was lovely. The only thing about the bed room is there was no kettle in room to make tea.

Bed was super comfy. Breakfast was great and the pool was nice. Staff was very helpful.

It’s a little far and up two dark hills for a solo female traveler.

The staff were incredible. location was great. rooms are very dated and not very clean, there is a musty dampness also in the bottom rooms that’s concerning. we stayed for 2 weeks and our bed sheets weren’t changed. the manager is one of the most friendliest people i have ever met, honestly she was incredible.

The pool was amazing, breakfast was lovely, the staff were so kind to us and really attentive.

We are just back from this fantastic hotel and had a really great experience. The lovely welcome we received when arriving and the consistent great attitudes from the staff. The vibe was super laid back and chill, from the beautiful decor to the perfect beach side music playing every day. The breakfast was lovely and we really enjoyed the many limoncello spritz made by the barman (I think his name is Nino?) who was a great character. Our room was the best seat in the house, with a stunning view over the pool, the sea and Panza. The pool area was perfect in beautiful surroundings. All was very clean. The price we paid was excellent value for money and we would stay again if back on the island. Situated in Panza you have access to a handful of bars and restaurants, a supermarket, fresh fruit and veg shops, a pharmacy. Yes you have to walk up and down a steep hill to get to the main road and the village but this is not unique to this hotel, it is a mountainous island and a price you pay for beautiful views. The bus stop at the bottom of the driveway made it very convenient to access Forio, San Angelo and the rest of the island. Thank you for a great time!

    Nothing we didn’t like!

Beautiful location, friendly helpful staff , beautiful pool ,clean room.

All good!Would be great if sandwiches were available at the bar during the day .

Super nice staff that were very welcoming! Breakfast was small but had everything we needed and wanted. Nice pool area that was kept clean

WiFi was not working where our room was

Great pool and rooms, beautiful property, close to forio and sant Angelo ! Lovely breakfast as well - would recommend !

There was only 1 standard Europe adapter in the room, and we didn’t get fresh towels everyday - one day they ran out of big towels.

The hotel was very beautiful, with modern furniture and extremely clean. The pool and the garden was amazing with a nice bar that offer the best limoncello spritz. The breakfast was amazing, maybe one of the best that I ever had.

Eventhough the hotel was well connected to all over the island by buses, it was far from the sea and it was not located in a city centre, so you are obliged to get buses or go by car wherever you want to go.

    8GrainnePosted on: 9-4-2024

Lovely stay, friendly staff and nice pool for relaxing

It would have been nice to be able to get food in the hotel during the day as not many restaurants nearby for lunch.

    9AnhPosted on: 9-2-2024

The first thing that surprised us was an amazing garden pathway to the entrance. Makes the place stand out from urban hotels we were used to. Of course, I must mention the thermal pool surrounded with greenery and a picturesque view to the central hill. Lovely place to stay

The sliding shower doors were missing one panel so despite all efforts, the water was sprinkling out. But I'm sure it's fixed by now
