Trip Inn Conference Hotel & Suites

Great location - shops and restaurants in the same street. But very quiet at the same time. Very spacious room with great air conditioning. Everything is new and neat. Highly recommend for staying in Wetzlar (old city is just 30 mins easy walking away).

Good shower and confortable beds.

First room the gave me was used and not clean. Which I had to request another one. Person in the lobby fixed it.

Bed was big (2x2M) and comfortable

Booked the place at 22:00, then 30 minutes later realized that I can't come over because my car was blocked for all night, asked them to cancel the booking, but they refused.OK then I've arrived in the morning, mirror was cracked, bed and chair peeling off, not too clean. If not for receptionist it would've been fair. But because of the bad service I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms are nice to spend a night and they are comfortable overall.

The staff does not speak English and often the reception has no one there. When we arrived we had to wait quite some time for the staff to come back. Other guests were also there waiting…

Nice location, nice staff, good breakfast

Furniture to old, falling apart

Reception staff were excellent very helpful overall. Room was nice and large.

Our room was not cleaned at all. The bed linen and towels were not changed and beds were not made up. The only thing the cleaner did was change the coffee supplies. Also a bag of personal belongings went missing (after the cleaner had been). I did not realise till I arrived home. The location was too far from city centre.

We liked the comfy bed and the junior suite was spacious with a large balcony. Some of the staff were friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Large car park with a bus stop round the corner.

The living area had no tv, no coffee table, no standing lamp or any other cosy elements to make it warm and welcoming. The safe did not work and the lock on the door was faulty so we were consequently locked out. There was no walk in shower. No music played in the foyer or breakfast room. In short this hotel needs some Tender Loving Care.

Space

Bathroom was a bit too big and more suitable for physically disabled clients (room 1-16)

Without breakfast, friendly man in the reception, modern equipped room, we were very satisfied

Convenient place to stay for a night. Supermarket is 100 meters away. Friendly and helpful staff

Not very clean the rooms. You could see there was lot of tear and wear on the furniture.

Large room, good shower

5G tower on top of building. Onerous contract conditions. Any damage 2000 euro to bill, which means that each room has to be inspected to record state of room before staying. First room had damage, second room not prepared, third room clean but missing complementary water bottles.

Breakfast, the interior quality/space of rooms

Lack of hot water, and the lack of any compensation offer for that problem. Couldn't take shower for 2 days + the responsible people at the hotel made even fun with the situation that it should be a refreshing shower. Not the attitude you expect from a "4" star hotelLinen and cushions had stains on them. Didnt feel clean at all.

Breakfast and location were perfect. A shame the was no restaurant providing an evening meal, but a short taxi drive solved that problem.

Not much - it was pretty good in all respects.

Great product for the price!

Room, shower, easy parking, location +

Big room, good bathroom, free parking - very good to stay for a couple of nightsStuff was not very much friendly, nevertheless we were checked-in fast

Breakfast was not very good - no toast bread, hot plates finished in the middle of breakfast time and were not renewedElevator didn’t work

Nice people, super location, easy to access, good parking

All ok - Nothing to complain

Very new and comfortable, great facilities, supermarket nearby and ample parking spaces

Nice big rooms. We stayed for one night. Room was clean. Perfect hotel during traveling home. Location is close to motorway.

The shower.Clean and comfy bed.The silence from around.

Lovely big room. Modern and comfortable. Plenty of parking.
