The first time I check-in this Hotel . Yess The room ist big Room . But the Problem is the Bathroom. the toilet

all guest coming this Hotel Make sure all is Cleaning. Especially the Bedroom and the toilet are Not Clean.

Bed was good. Slept well.Location of hotel is central.

Hotel looks rundown and could be cleaner. Staff not very professional in appearance and some are rude (e.g. at breakfast).Breakfast bar not clean. Bathrooms should be cleaned better.

Room was a good size

Might need a second set of pillows, there was one per person , very flat

The lady behind the reception was really nice. And the room had a bathtub.

The way to the parking garage was unmarked so finding it was very difficult. There were also almost no signs telling you where the hotel even was. additionally we booked two singles but they told us upon arrival they don't have any available which I thought was weird, but we did book quite last minute so I just think they shouldn't have that as an option once all rooms like that sell out. Additionally, the beds were not made when we got to our room and the bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned, so we felt very disgusting laying in those sheets.

Staff was super helpfull despite the state the hotel was in. 10/10 for all those people working with what they have.

All the accommodations facilities were closed : swimming pool , bar etc. Breakfast was half the amount on the buffet as we had a couple of months ago with our first stay here. The hotel WiFi was down so they had to accompany each individual to their room. This was definitely a downgrade over last time in this same hotel.

location close to town was good, Lots of good places to eat close by. The breakfast was good, lots of selection and they'd make you eggs if you asked.

the key cards did not work for the entire duration if my stay (12 nights). I could accept this for for 1 or 2 night, faults happen. I arrived on Sunday and was told it will be fixed for Monday. However, this wasn't fixed for my entire stay, and was still broken when I left. This meant having to wait for someone at reception to take me to the room every time I left the room. This would sometimes mean I was waiting around for a long time if there were lots of people being taken to their rooms, as this was not just me, all the rooms had this issue. This is not the staffs fault, they were trying hard to accommodate and help everyone. However, this also has security concerns, because the staff ask your room number and let you into the room straight away, I guess they got to know my face as I was there for so long, but if they didn't, how can they confirm who they are allowing into that room. This system fault also meant that the Wi-Fi did not work. spending 12 nights away from my family for work with no Wi-Fi and no good channels on the TV made my stay uncomfortable. In addition I booked this hotel for the facilities that were described and pictured on the booking.com page, but The pool was empty, disappointing, considering it was a selling point. Cleanliness was poor. My bathroom was dirty on arrival. It took me to ask for fresh towels after 7 nights had passed. The room was cleaned once during my stay towards the end. I would avoid this place.

The room was super clean. The rooms were large. The staff were helpful. There was a charging station for the car. A great deal.

By far the WORST hotel I ever stayed in! This place is a disgrace for Germany and to any standard, it should be removed from booking.com’s offer and be shut down entirely actually. Score 1 given only because 0 is not option. DON’T GO THERE!- No keys during entire stay (7 nights), only access to room via staff who were mostly not avaible at the reception- No Wifi- Parking was a disaster- Room was cleaned only once out of 7- Part of staff and in particular some kind of manager (with all the appearance and manners of a city cleaned) was unhelpful, unavailable or even extremely rude.

The location is good

It was so bad that it was almost laughable. The people truly responsible for this hotel are a complete disaster. The key cards didn’t work at all, leaving guests locked out of their own rooms. On top of that, there was no Wi-Fi. The employees are doing everything they can to keep the hotel afloat, but the real management simply doesn’t give a damn. They have zero respect for their staff and their guests.

Hope they change their approach to respect guests or at least conpensate their shortages.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and felt like a nightmare. First, due to a network issue, none of the key cards were working, and hotel staff had to manually open doors for 50–100 guests one by one — a major inconvenience. Second, there was no Wi-Fi at all, which made it impossible for me to attend important work meetings. To make matters worse, the mobile signal inside the hotel was also very weak. Lastly, my room was on the ground floor, and it was incredibly noisy until midnight due to people talking, laughing, and working nearby. I wouldn’t return to this hotel and strongly advise others to avoid it. Even giving one star feels generous given the experience I had.

We stayed in superior rooms. They were big, the beds were really comfortable and huge.The breakfast was self-service with a lot of choices.The parking space is also large.We loved our stay at Achat Hotel Wetzlar.

No rooms available. Transferred to much cheaper hotel and charged full price of ACHAT hotel.It is simply a joke

Since this was my second visit, I didn't note when I made my reservation for a family of seven to stay on the same floor because on my previous visit, I didn't mention anything and we ended up staying on the same floor. This time, we brought a baby, who was five months old. As we arrived, a young man at reception called our names and said, "There are two rooms downstairs (ground floor) and a couple room with the baby on the fifth floor." I declined because I want to keep us all together. "No," he answered. When I asked him if he could call his boss, he finally did so. I waited for him to consider it for a while, and my baby was screaming and exhausted. The manager, wow. She said, "Let them be together, and we all sleep upstairs," which was very kind. As the manager, you are a superstar ? if you are reading this. Thank you.

If you get a good room it is quiet , comfortable and WiFi works well. Generally nice and spacious with plenty of parking (at extra cost)

A swimming pool was still advertised on the “up to date “ website but apparently it hasn’t been open for over 3 months. We felt a bit cheated by that.The breakfast buffet was okay but with 21 Euros per person quite overpriced.Rooms were only serviced on demand.

Nice bar with good German beer, pool table and fusball table available. A gym but very small.Fantastic breakfast!!

Very limited dinner choice, maybe cause restaurant was closed when we were there, paid parking 12 EUR.

The reception area is nice, the hotel itself is quite big. We enjoyed the breakfast too! Check in is possible 24x7 which is quite convenient.

Despite requesting room cleaning twice during our stay of 4 nights, it was done only partially once, and not at all the second time. There is no water heater and cups available in the room to make tea/coffee.
