Very friendly staff and breafast included. Also a good very good enviroment and location for beaches and dinner

Excellent location. Short walk to old town centre.The room was spacious and comfortable.Good selection for breakfast buffet.

It was a nice stay, although the hotel had details that a four star hotel shouldn’t have.

The quality of the soap holders, bins were not the ones a four star hotel should have. Some lights were not working.

Absolutely worth the money!the hotel located only 5 mins away from San Teodoro by walk and 10 mins away from La Cinta beach by bicycle. the room is really big and clean, big comfy bed with extra pillows, big couch and bright sunny balcony. the toilet was clean and big enough. classic buffet breakfast. the staff is extremely friendly, especially Alessandra! they have parking in front of the hotel and you can rent a bicycle for 9€/day or 5€/half day.

wifi is a bit weak and the AC didn’t work really well so it takes long to cool down the room.

Lovely stay in the centre of the town with great breakfast and gorgeous terraces. Beds super comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Would highly recommend. Staff very friendly.

It is a simple town hotel, with cosy big rooms and bathroom, very clean, very good breakfast and lovely staff, who made my stay very nice and made me feel welcomed.

Lovely local within walking distance of the town centre.

A bit dated, beds a bit hard

The property was in a superb location, quite literally next to the town of San Teodoro, hotel had a stunning panoramic view of the town and in the distance you could see bearing islands. Magnificent.

We had a lovely first encounter with a friendly receptionist who greeted us with welcoming arms, she was extremely helpful and reassuring. As the days progressed we were met with less friendly staff. I assume low momentum do to end of the season? My cable charger stopped working so I asked a woman at reception that day to borrow one and she didn’t even look to see if there was a spare charger, the same lady when asked about using the gym told me that the gym can only be used with a PT, whom wasn’t even at the site, she had to be called in a day in advanced. She said I could use the machines by the pool which quite frankly are extremely out dated and falling apart. That same lady whom after 5 days at her hotel and countless bar tabs refused to extend check out by (1 hour) in good gesture but instead at a charge of 70 euros. She was found to be extremely unruly and downright unfriendly.

We enjoyed everything and I loved the breakfast.The room was always smelling of good cleaning and staff always smiling and supportive

Maybe the size of the balcony

The ladies on reception were absolutely lovely. I fell in love with Laura! The room had a lot of character and a balcony with a view. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is literally three minutes walk from the best restaurants in the town, shops etc

I suppose you could say that it's a bit of a walk to the beach, but in reality, 10 minutes is not that bad is it? And the beach is stunning!!

Great location near the city center and to the bus stop for the beach bus. Great service by the front desk, always someone there to greet you. Breakfast was basic but good enough for me. Swimming pool was better than expected, I actually enjoyed the shade! Ac was also very strong in the rooms.

Although the AC was very strong which is good in the July heat. It would be better if we could control it (e.g turn it off at night) as it gets a bit dry. Room was also a bit dusty causing stuffy nose

Perfectly located just a few hundred meters from San Teodoro city. Close to restaurants and supermarket and within walking distance to beach bus-station. Very clean hotel, friendly staff who helped us rent a car and also arrange transfer to the airport. Really good breakfast with plenty of options and several yummy croissants. Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bonsai and would recommend it!

Some would probably say that the beds and pillows are bit hard, but we slept really good!

This small, quiet hotel is conveniently within walking distance from the city center and offers a shuttle to nearby beaches. The highlight was the exceptionally friendly staff at check-in, who provided great local tips.

While the hotel has potential, I wouldn't rate it as a four-star establishment. The property is in need of renovation, as it currently features an old-school style that feels outdated. Also beds were very soft, and we missed having better pillows.

Very welcoming, friendly staff. Exceptionally clean property and bedrooms. Substantial breakfast on offer. Location 10/10, 3 min walk to main centre and 20min walk to beach, in quiet location.

The mattress needed changing in room 205, it was very expensive.
